You may deserve better than one star, but let me explain. I was heading to a funeral in PA and was 150 miles into a 200 mile trip when my tire blew and I was towed to your dealership. The amount of time waiting for the tow has nothing to do with Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. However, I started off well with a service manager that I recently emailed regarding my experience. She gave excellent service and went above and beyond to help me get my tire repaired before everyone went home for the day. However she left and I was being helped by another service manager who didn't approach me after finding out I had a cracked rim. I had to approach him. I asked if it could be replaced along with the blown tire. He said yes and let me know the cost. I asked him to go ahead and make the repair. When I asked the service manager if there was a defect in the car since I had experienced the same cracked rim without hitting anything that could justify the break, he nonchalantly told me that low profile tires blow very often and that you get 2-3 of those types of repairs daily.

I was annoyed that the same front right rim cracked for the 2nd time. I asked to speak to a finance manager so that I could purchase the tire maintenance plan (which I knew could not be used for this particular event). No one came to speak with me for the 45 minutes I waited while the tire and rim were replaced. Needless to say I wasn't happy with being ignored, though I understood it was late on a Friday and your people wanted to go home. I've been there. I get it, but the only person to apologize to me was the cashier who clearly made the call in front of me nearly an hour before.

After receiving the bill for the repair, I asked if Mercedes-Benz of Weest Chester gave a discount to veterans. The cashier recalled the 2nd service manager who told me that all possible discounts were already built into my bill. This didn't sound right to me. It would mean that you give discounts meant for veterans to all of your customers. I went back to find him, but he had left for the day. I spoke to the service manager after requesting a private conversation and he gave me a 10% discount and told me thank you for your service.

The 1 star rating is because my expectations of service from Mercedes is considerably higher than that for non luxury cars. After great service from the initial service manager, the cashier and the overall service department manager, I had mixed feelings on the whole thing. I want to give a higher rating based on the excellent customer service and communication that I received, but I have a hard time doing it after feeling ignored for 45 minutes and feeling dismissed as a customer and undervalued as a veteran. You had 5 star service mixed in with 1 star service, but if you would like me to change this, then please respond to my email and I'll update accordingly.

I was stuck on the side od the road w/flat tire about 2 miles from this dealership! I was panicked, unsure what to do and an hour away from home. Benz sent a tow truck for me to tow me to the west chester Benz. In the meantime, I made a call to service department as they were about to close. I explained the situation and asked if there was anything I can do to book a loaner over the phone so that I was not stuck so far away from home. I was willing to pay someone from service to pick me up to handle this asap as there was no uber in sight. Inasmuch as I was unimpressed by how the man at service that picked up the phone (numerous calls) handled the situation and was completely unwilling to help; i made it to the dealership just after service department closed. My car was dropped off by the towing company. I entered the sales side of the dealership and asked to talk with the GM. He never hesitated even for a second to ensure that I am helped immediately no matter that service departmentwas closed! The service department receptionist was still there closing everything up. She took care of my paperwork and grabbing a loaner for me upon direction of the GM. The experience was seamless once I got there and I was super impressed by the quality, promptness and just general humanity exhibited to make sure I was not stuck on the side of the road! Extra well done by this GM and service receptionist. So well done that I will start servicing my vehicle there just to show my appreciation! The man at service that was on the phone with me earlier and denied me service can learn lots from his receptionist! Thank you Benz of west chester for everything, especially the service receptionist and GM!

The experiencing of leasing a car at Mercedes Benz Of West Chester is phenomenal! The entire dealership is filled with kind and helpful people, you feel great the minute you walk in and they’re committed to making you happy! My sales person, Jen, is the best and I recommend her every opportunity I get!

I have driven Mercedes for years and have worked with other dealers (Mercedes of Wilmington, DE, Mercedes of Lancaster, PA, and this location Mercedes of West Chester, PA). This location is definitely the worst of all locations. The service at this location has declined over the years. I find the service agents are not as mechanically informed as they were in the past. You will also find the service agents can be borderline rude and condescending. They don't listen or take the time to do what is in the best interest of the customers. It's more like an inventory line of "shuffle them in and shuffle them out". The only time I get the Mercedes experience is when I escalate my issue to the service manager, Mike Strickland or the General Manager. I am finding every time I visit there is an issue with the service advisor either failing to make proper recommendations, or ensuring the technicians have provided a definitive solution. I recommend making that travel to Mercedes Benz of Wilmington if you want the true Mercedes experience.

Everyone was absolutely amazing! They respected my time, my needs and budget. They found exactly what I wanted. This dealership is not my local Mercedes dealership but due to my experience, I am not a loyal customer to them and no longer will go to the local dealer. I will travel for the customer service this location provides! Everyone was so nice, organized, respected covid policies, and very informative! Thank you for my new vehicle! You have a customer for life!

It's Mercedes so they're not as friendly as the Volvo people. One salesperson didn't reply to my husband's inquiry about getting a black on black s450 to add to his fleet. It shouldn't be that hard to buy a car from a dealership.the wait area is nice and large (not as nice as the Ferrari dealership or Lexus) but all they had was coffee and water.

Our service advisor, Craig Muelbach is always timely, professional, honest and empathetic with our maintenance and repair needs. I’ve had Mercedes vehicles for 30+ years and can say without hesitation that Mercedes Benz of West Chester is the go-to place for servicing our C300 and GLK350. Ask for Craig - he is the best service advisor we have ever had!

Got my Mercedes in Devon and live 2 miles from the Devon dealership but I take my car to get serviced at the West Chester dealership because of my service advisor (Craig Muehlbach) and the dealership’s service/quality. Most importantly, I trust them.

The sales representitive Bob Ashman was a true professional and was a primary reason I am driving an E300 today. He listened to my needs and was able to truly find a vehicle that met my exceeded my expectations. This dealership is the worse I will never bring my Mercedes here again. I had to call there corporate offices and make a formal complaint to find out what was taking so long.

MB of West Chester is simply a fantastic dealership. We've bought two Mercedes from Greg Roth and each time it was a wonderful experience. He made sure we knew exactly what the features were of our vehicles, and was very patient when we had questions.

In addition, the service is second to none, from the time we are greeted in the (very clean) garage, to Matt Davis's thoroughness in explaining our issues. The waiting area and showroom are a Four Seasons-level experience.

Called in twice and instant message twice for a quote a key copy for Mercedes S500 4Matic. They will request a part order then will let me know the quote. It's almost a year since my first contact to this dealer. The service is quite bad and no one would accept the treatment like this.

Brought my car here for a Saturday service appt for an oil change that was scheduled. I've been sitting here for over 2 hours waiting for even an update on my car. When I went to the counter to ask about the progress I was greeted by a rude service manager who stated that it's in the shop and he has no idea. I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Their customer service is especially lacking as well as their regard for customer time

Went in debating between cars but Angelo helped out greatly and helped make the absolute right decision. The process was smooth and easy. The car buying process can be stressful and annoying but Angelo made it exciting and fun with his outgoing personality, funny jokes, and respectful behavior.

Went into the dealership on 3/26/18 to drop off my uncles E 350 for a bubble of the side wall of the tire. Pulled into the customer service department garage and everything was going great. They walked me inside the building talked to a very nice lady about a rental car. Cause they had told me that the tire was not going to be fixed that day. They told me it was going to be done tomorrow I said great we are in no rush. So at this point I’m in the rental and leaving. I get out on to the highway to find one of the service people FYLING DOWN THE HIGHWAY IN MY UNCLES CAR! So I followed as he spend down the highway could even keep up with him. I can hear my uncles car screaming as he is flooring it. He gets to the red light makes a left and floors is up the ramp. And than makes a right back into the dealership and into the garage. So I go back into the dealership to say why did I just see my uncles car fly down the highway? Everyone in the service department stops and they are all looking at me like a deer in the head lights. So I say is this how you drive a customers car? And why was my uncles car out on the highway if it needed a tire. Which the tire had a bubble in the side wall so if dude hit a pothole the tire would have blew out and than what would have happened? So one of the service people came over to me and said Oo he must have put the tire on already. Meanwhile they told me before that the car would not be done till tomorrow. Keep in mind this is a total of 20mins after arriving to the dealership. So now how did dude take my uncles car in the back take the old tire off the car and rim. Than put the new tire on balance it and reinstall it to the car. And than blast down the highway before I even left the dealership. They lied right to my face! WHY DID THE CAR LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP IN THE FIRST PLACE! IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 STAR I WOULD HAVE. TOOK THE CAR OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP AMD DIDNT EVEN SAY THEY WHERE GOING TO THEN BLASTED DOWN THE HIGHWAY. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about your dealership. We absolutely love our new GLC 300 that we recently purchased and we especially LOVE our sales representative, Clinton Abney!
