The service department does not answer phone calls except an English accent person voice mail prompts to leave a message, but no one ever calls back. Two tries and no response. Next stop is face-to-face with the General Manager.

For my first Mercedes Benz and car purchase I am so glad I came here. My salesman was Angelo! He was very informative and helped me throughout the entire way. He always responds in a timely manner and is aware that everyones time is valuable. Even after my purchase they reach out to you to see how you are enjoying your new ride. This Mercedes Benz is HUGEE so if your looking for a wide variety I would highly recommend coming here! Its a great place! So glad I came here and I will be a lifelong customer even though Im moving to CALI! Highly Recommend.

I want to thank Mercedes-Benz of West Chester for the first class treatment from Sales to Service. Andy George the GM was amazing to deal with and his entire team handled everything flawlessly. Their prices were very competitive. The Service team; Rich Strickland, Craig Muehlbach, Mike Strickland, Dyan Baum and Greg Marvon to mention some who assisted; were a pleasure. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of West Chester for anyone interested in purchasing or servicing their Mercedes-Benz. In a time where everyone posts negative stuff for not getting their desired outcome, I wanted to post something positive for a store who deserves praise.

My experience with Mercedes Benz is West Chester could not be more of a pleasant one, and I must say, completely unexpected. First, allow me to say that I drive a Mercedes that is 15 years old, and work in construction. So when I stopped at Mercedes Benz of West Chester on my way home from work in dirty clothes, messed up hair, and work boots I certainly didn't expect to be treated with much respect. I could not have been more wrong. From the moment i walked through the showroom front door i was greeted with polite and courteous people who never once judged me by my attire. The salesman, though preoccupied with another customer, saw I obviously didn't know where I was going and took a moment to ask if I needed assistance and gladly pointed me in the direction of the service department. When I reached the service department, the two individuals who assisted me from the continued the experience and provided a truly professional and experienced interaction. Mr. John Gates, who handles the checking in of vehicles, and Mr. Matthew Gunn.who is the auto body service manager, are both fine examples of the model employees many companies find difficult to acquire. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of of West Chester if you want both yourself, and your vehicle treated with professionalism and care.

We visited the dealership several days earlier to look around, get ideas and orientation to prices and options, having previously searched online for new convertibles of several different makers. The salesman with whom we had spoken called us a few days later to schedule a test drive and evaluate our trade. My husband made the appointment for 2 PM, but I asked him to delay it by 30 minutes. He phoned the salesman and didn't reach him, so left a message.specifically asking him to let us know if 2: 30 was not okay. We arrived at exactly 2: 30 and he wasn't around. We were not greeted by anyone. We sat down at a vacant desk, and it turned out that he was with another customer. He asked us to wait and thanked us for our patience, invited us to help ourselves to coffee and returned to his other customer. Later he approached us with more consolations and asked for the key to my car. We waited until 4: 30.he was still with the other customer but he took us to another desk and discussed our trade value and upholstery options. My husband is recovering from pneumonia and has a bad back and we both wanted to leave. We came home and he called us as I was making dinner. He said we could conclude the deal over the phone! Huh? I was there for 2 HOURS AND I WAS NOT EVEN INVITED TO DRIVE THE CAR! How can we conclude it on the phone?
I went there fully expecting to buy a new convertible and came home upset and dejected.

Was looking for a Mercedes ML350 and was working with Angelo Perone. Angelo is great to work with. He knows the technical details and capabilities of the various models and was helpful in matching up my requirements with the right car. It was a good experience resulting in buying an excellent car at a fair price. The other people at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester supporting the transaction were also very good and helpful.

They lured us in, but didn't have the car we were talking about all day. We were already approved and had a pocket full of down payment money. It felt like a bait and switch scam to me.

Horrible experience working with Ed Belland, Sales Mgr. I found him to be rude, unprofessional and ignorant to deal with when negotiating the price of a vehicle. At one point he said to me, when I told him that I will wanted his best deal since I will be comparing it to other offers and I didn't want to waste anyone's time, "well I am sorry that you find that to be so tragic" (having to shop the deal). Um really? So unprofessional!

I had a friend who was working on a deal with Ed after I already spoke with Ed. My friend was inquiring about my deal and Ed told her I "was never going to get the deal" and I "was never going to be happy. " I was never going to get the deal? Really? And I was astounded that a Manager would talk to a client about another client like that? Are you kidding me? So unprofessional!

During my visit he was rude to my very sweet salesman Clint Abney when he barked at him to get up from the chair so that he could sit down. I felt really uncomfortable and bad for Clint. All in all this did not make for an "exceptional" experience at MB of WC and I went elsewhere.
I bought a couple of cars from this dealership and referred a ton of people.not anymore!

First experience with the folks at MB of West Chester. It was truly a positive buying experience. Valante in sales was excellent to work with. He took the time to make sure all my needs and concerns were addressed. My interactions with the other team members, including management, were also very positive. I would definitely recommend Valante and his team to my friends and family.

I find the staff members here to be exceptional in every way possible. They treat every customer of every car class the same. Many of them are problem solvers. The loaner car is a nice touch on each visit. The waiting area is fantastic and provides complimentary coffee beverages cookies and popcorn.

My first time buying a car through a dealer and not Craigslist. Absolutely awesome experience. The building itself is beautiful and massive. They have a massive garage inside so weather shouldn't affect coming out to check a car out. My salesman was Angelo and he is the man. I never once felt pressured or anything and he was honest 100%. He was the anti-stereotypical car salesman. I bought a vw with dsg trans that was a trade in. The dsgs have a weird transmission and I asked him if what it was doing was normal and he was honest and he said I have no clue let me go get my lead technician. Seriously Angelo made all the difference and if I ever own a company I will come steal him to work for me. Car also came with a 3 month warranty. Car was also about a grand below Kbb.

What a great experience I had at West Chester Mercedes Benz Service Dept. My service rep (Paul) and the rest of the service team were very professional, and answered all my questions about my car. They even found a problem with my car that I was totally unaware of. I have been to several other Mercedes Benz service departments but West Chester went beyond my expectations. Believe me, you do not want to go anywhere else to have your car serviced for routine or warranty work.

After having poor customer service at other dealerships, I decided to make an hour a half drive to Mercedes Benz of West Chester. Angelo was amazing during the entire process. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making his customers happy. If you’re someone who dreads the car buying process, then I highly recommend you go to this dealership and you MUST ask for Angelo! It’s evident that he’s the best man there for the job and you will not be disappointed!

Top notch dealership. I have horror stories from other dealerships but not this one. Usually I hate purchasing a vehicle, but the staff at Mercedes of West Chester is amazing. Derek was a wealth of information and made the experience enjoyable. Well worth the hour drive to get there from my house. Thanks!

LOOK NO FURTHER for the most professional, intuitive, and personal car buying experience you will ever have. I'm a young guy, so walking into a luxury car dealer and expecting the same service that my more mature counterpart will receive is something I normally had to deal with, well not at West Chester Mercedes Benz. Not only did I openly communicate and work with most of the sales team, but I received quality one on one time, detailed introduction and comprehensive details about the car I was looking for. I ended up getting a new E350 4matic with all the features I could ever want.

Angelo Perone, what a guy! This gentleman left such a great impression on me that I came back a year later and sought him out personally. I REALLY TRIED to trip him up with seriously detailed and difficult questions about the car, (ride height, pounds ft of torque, compatible features to bmw, you name it!) and he knew everything about the vehicle like the back of his hand. I urge anyone having second thoughts to talk to Angelo because this guy seriously know his Benz'. On top of his knowledge, he was extremely helpful with my busy schedule, worked with me on pricing, and even helped me out on my trade in.

These guys really take care of you, and honestly there's no having to worry about the "typical salesman" fear that most buyers have going into a dealer, these guys really don't bs you, they'll be up front and tell you exactly the worth and value of any transaction you make with them. AT NO POINT did I feel cheated, misused, manipulated, or lied to. I felt comfortable with them because I knew they were being honest. These guys are truly upper echelon, and you really don't have to worry about a thing or even lift a finger because their professionalism is off the charts.

If car salesmen were records, these guys would be platinum.

10/10.5 stars. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone, matter of fact I'm taking my father in next week and buying one for him too.

I had a great shopping experience with Clint as my salesman. However my experience with service team has been mediocre. They need to be more communicative with their customers. They also need to do a better job inspecting/servicing their used cars before selling them.
