They did not get the job done.grabbed as much money as possible and then dropped the process. Would certainly have gotten paid MORE had we handled the claim ourselves!

Used this company as advised by someone, in regards being new to this process. They seemed professional at first, but they are not! The Owner is nasty and unprofessional when I contacted him about the poor quality work done on the roof and flashings.

Rather than him repair, he attempted to blame me as if I climbed up to the roof and damaged it! Unreal

I have since been questioned about this company and I would not refer them to fix a roof on a dog house.

But they were paid and I’m sure that’s all that matters to them.

I give them 5 stars because if it wasn’t for this company we wouldn’t have been able to get the insurance company to pay our claims on our own. On top of that after hiring Metro Public Adjusters and working with Barrett he was able to find other things that only a trained eye can see as another issue that can be added on to the claim. They were great and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions from start to finish of the whole process and they even mentally prepared us for the fight because that’s exactly what it is and they fight for you! People need to understand that you are battling the insurance company which wants to drag their feet and wear you out and not pay for your claims and if they can successfully deny your claims it will discourage you from wanting to file any new claims in the future and that’s how they continue to get rich. They aren’t built off of paying claims out they get rich and continue to stay rich by denying and not paying you the max that you are owed while overall collecting payments from you for as long as you are a customer. But once you hire someone that can speak the language of the insurance company and be an advocate for you, it gives you the confidence and surety that your not alone and you have a good chance to win your claim! Do yourself a favor and learn your 100 page policy line for line and understand what certain words mean and how they are used or hire someone that can do it for you like Barrett from Metro and let them work on your behalf. You can call your insurance company yourself and use the wrong phrase describing your problem and the insurance company will take that info and you can get your own claim denied by just using the wrong vocabulary even tho you meant well. That’s just the nature of the business! Great work Metro and I will call them before i call the insurance company and i will recommend Metro for any homeowner and or business owner!

This company is the biggest thieft out there in 2016 0ctober my neighbor tree fell in the house we called our insurance and got the claim and received the check within 3 weeks but my neighbor call metro and say they might help me get more through my insurance claim, when the adjuster from metro came John Mesko said did you call your insurance already i say yes I already have the claim, we discuss the 35% payment to them for the supplemental claim my insurance preferred mutual send them the second check direct to metro for the supplemental claim and they took the 35% from and made a check to me, i was shock when I received a collection mail from metro public adjuster that i owe $1908.49 I tried calling multiple time let a voicemail to question this billed but seem like no body want to talk to me and they are now sue for $1908.49 they are the biggest thieves out there now they want 35% of the whole insurance claim when all they did is supplemental claim so basically they wanted 70% of the whole insurance claim people stay away from this company when you see their name, im already talking to my lawyer about this, they have no same to robbed ordinary people

I was always well informed on the process from all involved with Metro Public Adjustment Inc. I would also like to send special appreciation of the hard work by Mr. Tim Garnett and Mr. Brian Grey on getting this settlement for me with Donegal Insurance company.
My Contractor just finished the repair and we have the porch in better condition than original.

What a nightmare of an experience. Do not sign a contract with them. Take the necessary time to research a reputable company and understand the basics. I was going through a lot of stuff when our house flooded, thought a public adjuster would be ideal to handle it to relieve the stress. 100% all lies from Scott Wolfertz. First you he'll hit you with the, must act now, that swiftness is how they extort the most money from your claim to their account. Next you get a sob story of how he was once a victim then tell you how he's in it for you. Tries to find commonality between you and him which in my case was the military. Fact is that you do not have to sign and he can leave and he or someone else will be back for a cheaper rate. There are other companies that would come in and do a much better job. I wound up doing most of the leg work on top of babysitting Scott and Metro for answers. As of today I am still waiting for answers however closer to resolution. It has been over 1.5 years since the initial damage. Metro is a MLM scam and my agent is a true scumbag.not even sure he was in the military, probably a lie too.

I used Metro on a roof leak and was shocked how much money they got me. Funny, when I had a similar leak years ago and I called my insurance company, they made me think it would be a small settlement and not worth it. This time Metro got me over $40K. They earned their fee! They handled everything. As a result I am very confident in their value- so much so that when I had a pipe leak a year later I called them again, with another awesome settlement.

Poor communication. You are left begging for any information on the status of your claim with no response. I am completely disgusted by the entire process and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Representative was informative, friendly and professional. Guided us through the process and got us the results our insurance company should have provided in the very beginning. Extremely pleased with Metro and in particular thier representative.

They DO NOT work in your best interest. They serve their own interests. It took them 14 months to settle my case. I lived under a tarped roof the entire time with my three young children. The adjuster also behaved inappropriately.

I had know idea what a public adjuster was but I’m glad we used them for my father’s claim against State Farm. It was well worth the wait. We received an extra $7,000 for our claim.

This is an amazing group and the team assigned to my case was simply wonderful. They were knowledgeable, competent, considerate, kind, and got right down to it. I felt from the very beginning completely secure and taken care of, in the face of what could have been a daunting experience. All the weight, stress, and angst completely removed from my plate, and I felt totally supported every step of the way. I will never hesitate to call on Metro Public Adjustment whenever I have to report a claim. I highly recommend them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible company. When adjuster came out he wanted to rip more then the affected area out, when I said no, he asked me if I knew that he was paid on commission, I told him that was not my issue. In the end, for thousands of dollars of damage, I received a $20 check from my insurance company. When I called adjuster to complain and tell him I did not want to pay him for poor work, he told me he would take care of it. I never heard from them again. Now three years later I get a $300 bill from them and they are threatening me that if I do not pay them they will send me to collections. Horrible company and obviously dishonest adjusters.

I see the negative reviews from both customers and prospective hires. I believe most are those that either did not understand the business or didn't want to see the value of the product. If you want hustle and apply yourself it can be rewarding as you do help people. But it takes some work upfront. Then once your up and running it gets simpler. I liked the presentation and idea behind it. While some things get complicated until you digest them. Value is there.

For a customer. Yes you do pay a fee, but found money which is what it is at any cost is still making you come out ahead no? You pay for insurance you might as well take something from it. I definitely reviewed my own policy after learning the information and value I seen in Metros services.

X% of new money still makes you come out ahead of attempting to tackle the big insurance companies alone. Just think long term and not what you may "lose" for the assistance.

Stay away from this company they lied to you and they don't follow up with their promise. The adjuster I met with told me they will assist me on getting a check to replace my roof, and they will refer me to one of numerous roofing company they work with. Upon receiving my insurance check they only thing they care about is getting their fees. This company is not about helping the customer. They are not here to help you run if any their adjuster approach you. My roof still not done because after they took their fee I don't have enough to replace my roof. Worse company!

It's a shame on here that the few complaints don't even compare to the fact that Metro Public Adjustment has over a million clients with a 99.7% approval rating and is regulated by the Dept of Insurance in 46 states with an A+ rating with the BBB.
