Ones metro got my Ins check, the Check Processor decided to ignore my emails, Just rude, a decent business answer within 48 business hours, MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH METRO: NOT PROFESIONAL, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOT RELIABLE, NOT ORGANIZED, NOT COMPETITIVE AND YOU WILL SEE NOT MONEY OR ANSWERS, REALLY THE WORSE IN THE MARKET. I'LL DEFINITELY HIRE A LAWYER TO RETRIEVE MY INS MONEY FROM METRO. I WILL POST MY UPDATE SOON. JUST MY HONEST EXPERIENCE.

Stay away from this company. They don't pay you all you are entitled. Just stay with the insurance company you will be better off. It seems they are working with the restoration companies to steal your money!

Be ware.got 5600 dollars check from insurance company.end up with 3800 dollars.i dont recomend it to any body.total rip off

METRO adjustment settled my claim without my authorization despite my contract that does not give them the authority to do so. The claim was settled leaving off many key items that all had agreed should be covered. Repeated attempts to contact Metro and resolve the issues have failed and I have filed a report with the South Carolina Insurance Commission. I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this company. Each adjuster works on a contract basis. They may be good, they may not be. The company itself has zero interest in customer service.

We would have been better off by ourselves. It’s been more than than a month, still no money. After thier heavy commission we probably would have gotten more. Trust your insurance company before this company!
