Miller's Ale House - Springfield

Service was very poor and a security guard walking around like he could concur the world will not be going back not the Ale House of old. Not worth any stars

Place is always packed but never feels crowded. Great food and service, excellent place for a fantasy draft!

Great atmosphere, good food, quick bite with reasonable prices, yet don't expect to be wowed by the food it's a 6 or 7 out if 10 at best!

Tiffany B our bartender was fantastic. Been here a couple of times before but she remembered us and remembered what we had last time. Good stuff

The worst customer service; the restaurant was dirty. Order a soup and was given a spoon with chocolate obviously is was not properly washed. Bugs under the table.restaurant should be closed down.

Been here multiple times, great food at great prices. The only thing stopping it from being five stars is how loud it is. They have the music turned up so high that the people at the other tables need to scream, making conversation with whoever your with difficult. Otherwise very nice.

The balloon animal makers are a nice touch for the kids, the multiple TVs have more than just sports showing, and the food is reasonably priced.

I’ve been here a few times. The service was great the waitress Tanisha was amazing great customer service. But they never cook my burner properly it’s always raw. Overall everything else I’ve had has been good.

The food is ok. The staff is generally rude as hell. Often times it feels like I just walked into someones house unannounced. Like, sorry to interrupt you all at work!

Back for the second time in 2 weeks. The only thing I can complain about is we were stuffed and had too much food. An appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 alcoholic beverages was less than $75 including a 20% tip.

Good food but we waited almost a hour for it. We were about to walk out. Once we got the manager involved things were much faster & she adjusted out bill for our time

This is become a regular spot for my wife and I they make good drinks that she likes and the service is pretty good generally. They have good specials to got the filet for 1299 which is a real good deal and their burgers or above-average the fajitas are good too. Big beer selection if you're into it.

Excellent food and staff. Went for lunch and had a blast with my 2 daughters. Waitress was outstanding.

Service was a bit slow and the kitchen did not fry my calamari hard as requested. But otherwise was ok

Awesome experience. I went on Mother's day and all the mothers there received a free dessert and a $10 gift card for the next time they come back.

Wait staff here not very friendly. Service relatively slow. Food okay. Kind of dry. Great drink specials.
