Giuseppe was very helpful in helping me choose my new lease from start to finish. This is my third lease from Nissan 422 and i will continue to go there. I recommend Nissan 422 to all my friends and family.

Worked with Ed to get us into the perfect vehicle for our family. Zero pressure environment. From pulling into the lot to walking out the door with a complete transaction was under 3 hours (including test drive, trade-in evaluation, etc). Didn’t waste an entire day at a dealership and felt like we walked out with a great deal. Will be a return customer for services and future purchases.

Very easy to make an appt. Jim was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent time on the phone with me to go over what tires were available for my car and went over pricing. My car was done the same day, and I'm very satisfied with the service.

This was the first placed we stopped. Jason Sparks was our salesperson. He did an awesome job asking me necessary questions as to what I was looking for. Where do I start? !? ! I purchased my car from another dealer (non Nissan) not even three months ago and began to have issues. I was told they wouldn’t help me (even with the purchase of extended warranties) and to call Nissan. The moment I called here I felt welcomed. I got a quick appointment and when I dropped my car off early morning once I made it to work I already had the diagnostics completed on my car. Mike was kind enough to explain everything once I came to puck up my car I was very pleased with the service department and I plan on bringing my car back!

This 2nd review is on the service department and Mike Riley. Communication and courtesy through out my wife's repair and it's 2 day stay. Unfortunately they had to order parts which I believe extended the stay but they had a chance to do a couple other items. Everything was done in a timely manner as to not inconvenience my wife more. Mike kept me informed and was professional during the whole repair. Thanks again Mike, Steve and Carole. Nissan 422 great team and job well done again.

Car went in for oil change and needed wheel bearings. Steve let me know every step of the way what was going on. Even got my car back in 2 days! Love it there. Even checked for warranty coverage. All I paid for was oil change. Professional and special kudos to mechanics who finished my car. All issues I was having have been addressed with no further worries!

Tim is perhaps the rudest salesman I've ever encountered in my life. I'm not sure how he expects to sell cars. Don't go here, they're con-artists.

I don’t live near this dealership (we were visiting from GA), but the service department was very attentive to my urgent request for a consult on a rattling noise I heard under my car. They addressed it quickly and I was charged appropriately. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I’m so glad I took my vehicle in to be serviced by them!

My car had to be towed on a weekend to Nissan of Limerick. These guys couldn’t have been nicer. They communicated well with me, explained the issue, and were able to fix it that day. They even reminded me it was time for my 30,000 mile check. All my questions were answered too; and I ask a ton of questions!

Took my 2015 in for inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Was greeted promptly and given full explaination of services included and costs. Very comfortable waiting area with tables separate from tv area, which I greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Nissan 422 for your service needs. They are always quick and courteous, and take time to explain exactly what needs fixed. Their prices are comparable to the national chain garages.

I can always count on Lou or Steve to handle all of my needs efficiently when i come in for service.
