My experience with the entire service department is always perfect. Everyone is so friendly and courteous not to mention efficient.

The service department managers are professional and serve there clients as well as could be asked of any automotive organization. The sales force appears to be solid, but the sales floor managers leave much to be desired.

In addition to going over every detail and answering my questions, Tim was just an enjoyable guy to work with for the couple days we navigated the process. I went to the oil change Nissan 422 last week represented came to told me I have a broken fog light. I told him that when I came to do oil change I don’t have any broken light anything like that. So I don’t know what they’re doing but I cannot trust them anymore.

They did everything they could to make sure i drove out in the car i wanted.only negative is a few weeks later i had questions on how much i paid for suv (19995) one i had someone reread all it looks like they sold it to me for 24495? Reach out to them several time still no call back

I called them looking for torque specs on camshaft bearing caps. The answer I got was "there isn't really a torque spec, just hand tighten them. This is why I don't bring my car to a dealer to get fixed, because I'll do a better job myself while not knowing what I'm doing, than being charged an outrageous price for a bunch of hacks to probly cause more damage.

Pretty quick service for an oil change and tire rotation. I recommend making an appointment on the website. It’s super easy. I once showed up for quick service and was there 3.5 hours.

I do wish they gave you all the services that a place like Scott’s quick lube. At Scott’s For $15 more you get: oil change, vacuumed floors, window cleaning, wash fluid fill and tire fill.
