Northern Ophthalmic Associates: Jenkintown

Working 80 hours a week is kind of hard to fit in an eye doctor but speaking to the ladies Northern Ophthalmic Associates it worked out I was first of the day. I had to leave home earlier, which still gave me time to get to work. I truly appreciate Gina working with me.
The doctor was nice also. Great place.

Everything ran smoothly! The staff were friendly and very conscious of keeping everything clean. Highly recommend!

Only issue. Had to wait in hallway for 15 minutes. If that’s the norm - should have a few chairs there. All else great!

Dr. Durksi is awesome very patient and kind. Deborah is great in fitting and picking your glasses. The women in the office are great! Great place to go if you need glasses?

I love the friendly, caring attitude of everyone. Dr Durski is very thorough and addressed my concerns perfectly.

The receptionists are always kind and helpful. Dr. Durski explains everything he's doing and why he's doing it so you're kept in the loop. The check-out people are always friendly and helpful as well. I've already recommended other people to go to this place.

I am elated! From the front registration desk - very knowledgeable, courteous and fast check-in period. The intake/screening tech was very courteous & super thorough in patient assessment. She went through my complete medical history In addition previous Opthalmolic visits (from New York). FINALLY- my new ophthalmologist- Dr Vsorza IS PHENOMENAL! She made me feel very relaxed when explaining the need for surgery. Needless to say I trust her fully with my upcoming procedure. I am HIGHLY CONFIDENT IN THID TEAM.

HOWEVER - NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH THE NONCHALANT /UNFRIENDLY AND IGNORING ATTITUDES. I was forced to wait for Michael who was attending another patient while the receptionist next to her continued to stare at her screen - ignoring those waiting merely to sign in. I adore Michael & Renee who went BEYOND to put me at ease and explain everything. The last young lady who performed my last test was phenomenal as well.

Great experience, friendly staff that knows what to do and very littlte wait every tine i go. Doctor is great he really makes you comfortable dueing the exam. I recommend them to everyone.

Northern Opthalmic takes AMEX unlike some other doctors offices and they have figured out that they need to take care of the majority of the paper work before we get our eyes dilated. The appointment system works very well. I canceled an appointment on line and asked to be informed for the next available via text message and the system worked perfectly. When I saw a text for a time that worked for me I responded quickly and had my appointment scheduled.

Dr. Pizzano is a very good doctor, he is pleasant friendly and gets to the point quickly. Very professional, answered my questions, and makes suggestions. His staff is also professional, knowledgeable and gets exams done reasonably.

Beautiful place, staff is super friendly and prompt. The technicians explain what they are doing. No problem answering questions. Very cozy warm friendly comfortable atomosphere.

I have been going to Northern Ophthalmic Associates office in Norristown for at least 10 years and the care has always been 100% professional and thorough.

It was our 1st visit.and everything seemed perfect.but I don't have a full picture of the practice yet so cautiously i would give it an 9! For now atleast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was professional as well as friendly. Even though the office was busy he gave me his full attention.

Hardly any wait time once I checked in. From the moment I walked in until I walked out everyone was friendly, professional, and kind. My tech, Tiffany, was amazing and did everything so the Doc. Only had to check a few things and I was done. Have been to both locations and the one in Jenkingtown is the best!

Went here today for a routine appointment and it was great. The doctor was very thorough and kind and the staff was also friendly.

The staff & doctors are wonderful & courteous. I was recommended by some co-workers and I’m glad they did, and I’m glad I went there.

Offices are dirty and help not appearing in a well groomed clean way.
Very disappointing since I’ve been a patient for many years.
Front desk very unaccommodating.
Would never return to office.

I'm glad to make known that Dr. Pizzano and the staff are all nice and competent care providers. I'd become aware of new fault with my L eye vision. Even though there was and is no discomfort I felt very concerned. NorthernOpthalmic has responded to my concern very quickly. A mere vitreous floater was the prognosis.
