I've been going here (multiple locations) for years and have been very happy. I've used them for glasses, contacts, and a number of eye health issues over the years. Love the docs and the staff are SO helpful. They've been excellent advocates helping me navigate problems with my health insurance denying me coverage for a prescription.
Dr. Pizzano took the time to answer all my questions. The technicians were well educated, thorough and polite. Friendly staff. Great experience!
Waited only a few minutes before I was fetched from the waiting room. Had two tests conducted by a tech. Professional and courteous office.
My visit was pleasantly professional with warm -hearted, caring, courteous and compassionate staff. It’s a small and intimate office with mighty work ethics.
They have the best staff and doctors.
When it comes to your eyes I would highly recommend you make an appointment. Even if you have your own doctors have a 2nd opinion on surgery. They are honest and VERY caring.
Three generations of my family have gone to this Dr group. THREE and over 20 years. BUT apparently not having 15+ people in your family go there over the years will help you get an appointment within a month. Even when you are open all week to go to ANY of the Dr.s of the group. The receptionist did not care the two times we called for an emergency appointment. Disgusted by the lack of help and all the years we spent with them. Not sure what happened to this group, but this family will be moving onward to another group.
