We wasted our time and our money with Nussbaumer. Once it became apparent that our job required extensive repairs not covered by our home warranty, Nussbaumer clearly did not want the job. After making a half hearted attempt to snake and camera our sewer, they waited two days to have an office assistant giggle through a bad explanation of why we would have to remove our entire front porch before they would even begin to dig. It took them nearly a week to respond to my request to send details of the estimate in writing, and though I was assured that a plumber would call me to discuss certain questions I had about the estimate, no one ever did. Another company came out several days later, spend a considerable amount of time figuring out the best way to repair our problem without reading up our house, gave us an estimate that same day AND help us navigate the insurance claim. I would NEVER recommend Nussbaumer to anyone

Am appreciative of the work that was done. They wore their masks and kept safe distances. They were very professional. I would definitely call again for any of my plumbing projects.

I was upset that they were coming an hour past their window - 7pm on a Friday night and the guy who called was extremely rude.

This company is a scam. We didn't have a choice as our warranty sent them out THREE times but they were unwilling and unable to fix anything. Please read these reviews. I can guarantee the 5 star reviews are fake. DO NOT use this company.

I put a service request with AHS (American Home Shield) on 6/18 to repair a leak in my main water valve. The leak was repaired by NUSSBAUMER PLUMBING but I learned from their technician in a subsequent service that my main valve in broken.

Neither American Home Shield nor NUSSBAUMER PLUMBING are taking responsibility for the repair of the valve and I need to put a new service request and spend another service fee that I already paid in June.
