OB/GYN Associates of Erie

I've had no problems with the office itself, other than the phlebotomist who I had the horror of encountering today. Tomi, was insanely rude. Its concerning people like her even work in a Healthcare facility. She was unprofessional and wouldn't even attempt to do an arm stick when I've never had any other phlebotomists there have an issue even though I have small veins. She was quick to try to send me to ACL to get it done, when I moved my schedule around to even make the appointment. Ended up having another phlebotomist get it the same day with ease. I feel sorry for anyone who encounters Tomi and her disgusting attitude.

I've been going here for years and the the staff is always attentive and friendly. Dr Warner was a very strong advocate for me when my insurance provider wasn't going to cover my surgery. I always feel in good hands at this office!

Worst doctor's office ever! I was rushed the entire time, was unable to ask questions because the doctors schedule was too packed. Doctor ran unnecessary tests that were not routine and therefore insurance didn't cover it and I had to pay out of pocket for a test to check my yeast? When I called and asked each woman I talked to was so rude and unhelpful, I was made to feel so dumb for not knowing the medical codes for everything (I'm not a nurse why would I?) Cancelled my appointment and will NEVER go back.

So i went for my first apt a month or so ago front staff seemed fine and nice but when the dr came in (who was nice by the way) he didnt even know what i was there for. The nurses didnt set him up right he thought i was pregnant and asked if i was feeling any kicking. I dont blame him he was pretty nice other then in a hurry and when i asked for my hormones to be checked he asked what hormones. It was kinda rushed i didnt like that and he was worried about me having endo so he had me get a sono but then they tell me a sono cant see endo so im confused. They found something in my uterus and i go back for another sono so hoping they do good on that. Also never got a call about my tests i had to just call the hotline and wait for them to be there. Not a great experience but not as bad as it could be i guess.

Efficient, friendly staff. Beautiful, clean facility. Dr. Warner is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend Ob/Gyn Associates of Erie!

The front desk is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Scutella is literally the best and very easy to get along with. He takes his time with his patients and is very knowledgeable, and truly cares for his patients. If I could give him 10 starts I would!

It was weird seeing a new provider every visit.like hi, who are you? But this office did help me have two healthy babies as gestational diabetic. I was impressed with Dr. Thompson and Dr. Scutella. Wasn't impressed with Dr. Wagner's bedside manner delivering my second child. Worst experience at 3am. But overall great heathcare.

Reception staff as well as clinical staff are VERY rude and unprofessional. Had to reschedule my appt FOUR times because they lost my files and info sent over from my PCP. Even at my 4th visit one staff member stated they had my paperwork and when the doctor finally saw me, she told me they still did not have it even after my PCP confirmed it was faxed over months ago for my original appt. Talked to a clinical staff member on the phone to answer some questions a few weeks later and she was extremely rude and condescending. These people have zero idea of how to do their jobs and it definitely shows. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this office and Dr Scutela and Dr Achenbach are wonderful Doctors!

This is my first pregnancy and so far the doctors have been great but has anyone ever done self pay here besides me? I changed doctors midpregnancy and drive 30 minutes farther because we were told we'd get an 85% discount here.so far I've been given 4 different prices with the first one being the lowest price and the one I was planning on till I called in to pay and they told me a different amount. I understand in order to get the discount your delivery fee has to be paid by your due date which is what I've been trying to do but it's been super stressful for me since the price seems to change every time I call. (so far I've been given 4 different prices on the delivery) UPDATE: I talked with someone from the billing department that helped me figure this out and am pleased with the results.

OBGYN Associates of Erie could not have been better! The nurse at the front window was so nice and patient with me. The nurse who took me back was concise and the doctor I saw was knowledgeable and no nonsense which I loved! The OBGYN Associates of Erie staff is welcoming and kind! It was a wonderful experience all around)

I love going here for my appointments. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I feel respected and treated with care and concern. It's clean and well organized. I would recommend this facility to any female I know. Parking used to be free; however, now you must pay for it. On the bright side, it's inexpensive.

My first and only choice is on myrtle street for the past 6 yrs, Peggy Boyd is by far the best, always concerned, always ready to listen and as always a comfortable experience, THANK YOU!

I had a very good experience at OB/GYN Associates. All of the office staff were really friendly, and Dr. Scutella is awesome. I was able to get an appointment to see him as a new patient within two weeks of scheduling. The only complaint I have is that they stopped validating parking so now you have to pay to park in their lot. On the plus side, the view from the waiting room window is really pretty!

I love this office and the doctors. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I have questions they answer them and I feel very comfortable there. I go to the myrtle street office and the front desk always remembers me and are always friendly.

I am extremely upset and hurt by this group of doctors. I went to them because they specialize in PCOS. I get told they can give me the number to a bariatric surgeon and a nutritional counselor but refuse to give me anything to help with ovulation. That is the samething I have heard from every doctor that I have seen thus far. What the hell do you know that specializes you or the practice that others don't if your giving same advice.

I am extremely happy with how I have been treated there. They have always made me feel welcome and understanding with all the fertility things I have going on.

They didn't take care of me properly when I was pregnant and develop hematoma. They cous me to misscarriage and almost list my life bleeding to the poing when embulance came to get me.

The staff and drs here are amazing! They brought me through such a difficult time facing infertility and even fixed my fertility issue so I've had 3 more healthy pregnancies. Dr Achenbach is a saint. I also love the view of the bayfront from their office waiting area.

Dr. Warner is the reason I gave 5 stars. She is so personable and actually takes the time to listen to you. She is the best!
