I was looking for a roofing company to do my roofing project and was recommended O'Donnell Roofing by neighbors. I reached out O'Donnell Roofing. They were very quick to respond and very professional to talk to. Mike O'Donnell was my contact person and he was respectful, listens carefully and responds promptly every time I have questions. After we discussed everything that I needed to do, I signed a contract with them.

My roof was really in bad shape (I didn't know until they ripped off the old shingles), but they did an amazing job even replacing the rafters, plywood and reframing the roof. They are quick, clean, honest and very professional. They finished my this huge project in three days.

My final bill was a bit more than I expected and planned to spend, but that was because of the additional work that needed to be done (unknown when I signed the contract: bad rafters and frame). I spoke to Kevin, the CEO about my final bill and was able work it out. Kevin was very reasonable and respectful.

In conclusion, I am very happy about their service and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dependable, reasonable, honest and professional roofing company for their roofing project.

Very happy with the O’Donnell team. Full roof replacement for our home. Matt provided a thorough & fair estimate; it compared favorably to a competing quote. Work was high quality. Team cleaned up very well each day and at the end. I had the team perform a few minor fixes on the drip edges, which was expedited when we raised the issue. And the team even went out of their way to repair a small issue on my neighbor’s garage (which the O’Donnell team did NOT cause). Neighbors on the block complimented us on the team’s efficient, professional and friendly handling of the job. O'Donnell was super helpful in helping me instal a ceiling vent for my bathroom's new exhaust fan. I was worried the project would be to small for them, but they were responsive and professional from the jump.

I was concerned about my roof so I called O’Donnell Roofing for a free inspection. I told Rob, from O’Donnell that I did not want him to tell me I needed a new roof but I did not want him to lie to me. Well, after inspection, he said you don’t want me to lie but I have to say you need a new roof.

So, my roof project began. It could have been very stressful but the team from O’Donnell made it easy. From calling for the roof inspection, signing the proposal, setting up financing, scheduling which was three weeks earlier than originally quoted, taking off the old roof, putting on the new roof, clean-up, gutters, new back door, everything went smoothly. The team at O’Donnell work very well together. Everyone I spoke with was friendly yet professional. I want to thank Tracie, Rob, Cristina, Linsey, Eddie, Myles and Shannon for all your help with this project. Also, thank you to the crews who worked on the roof and gutters. I hope I did not forget to mention someone. I highly recommend O’Donnell Roofing not only for roofing but for all the things they do like doors, siding, windows, etc. They may be a bit more expensive but they are worth it. You get want you pay for.

Had a leak in the slate.they were prompt and competent.the downside at this time is that we have not had a severe nor’easter to verify the quality of the repair.i guess i’ll have to let you know with another posting when that occurs.but, so far so good! We’re happy.

I have been using O'Donnell since 2012 when Larry and his guys installed our solar panels. The have also put on a new roof and installed an enclosure over the front entrance of our house as well as other smaller projects, all which are built well and beautiful. Today, Matt fixed our rear storm door, which is in good shape but, after an accident, 3 of its 4 hinges came out. Other companies did not want to fix it but rather install a new door. Matt looked at it and fixed it in about 45" at a very reasonable price.it is working great again. Thank you Matt for taking the time and care to fix and save a perfectly good door and not just try to sell a new one at a much higher price.

My husband and I needed someone to come seal our skylights up FAST after noticing condensation coming in from both of them. It was challenging to find a roofer who had availability within a few days before inclement weather hit but O’Donnell roofing came through! Matt came out within 2 days. With the idea of “killing 2 birds with 1 stone” we thought we’d also get a quote on our roof since we knew both the roof and skylights likely needed replacing. Matt repaired both of our skylights and ensured, the best that he could, that no further moisture would make its way through to the interior in the near future. I had several seals done on our old roof that were ineffective. Roof leaks were common every storm. I knew O'Donnell Roofing had done work in our neighborhood. I also heard that while they do a great job their more "expensive" than other contractors. Efrain came out to inspect the condition of our roof and provided a detailed estimate. I relied on him for advice, information, and updates through the job. He responded to all concerns in a timely fashion. I explained that I no longer wanted to worry about our roof leaking and that I put my trust in him and O'Donell Roofing. Efrain exceeded my expectations from start to finish. He sold the job and acted as a project manager throughout the installation. There was a bit of miscommunication concerning the start date. The team was apologetic. While removing the old roof there was damage done to my son's playroom ceiling. I advised the team, and it was rectified. I could have screamed and hollered, but I knew that Efrain and the team would make it right. After installation, my neighbor and I did find several stray roof nails that were missed. I expected this may happen. In closing, the issues that I had were minor and did not impact the overall experience. I recommend Efrain and O'Donell Roofing without hesitation. The job is now complete, and I am confident that I hired the right company for the job. I no longer worry every time it rains. I am grateful for Efrain and the entire team at O'Donnell Roofing. Ceiling upstairs started leaking around 3: 00 PM in the afternoon during a storm. O'Donnell roofing was at the house and had the issue repaired by 5: 00 pm the same day. Crew was super professional and responsive. They saved my butt before a night of showers.
