O'Donnell Roofing Co, Havertown PA

I recently bought an asset property in Philadelphia and knew from from the start that it needed a new roof. I took 4 bids, and while O'Donnell wasn't the lowest price we found, they were close to it and I believed they'd do the job right.

Unbeknownst to me, my realtor, and everyone else involved in the deal, the previous owners installed an addition that did not match the roof on the front of the house. Long story short, O'Donnell went the extra mile and replaced the frame of the roof. It needed to be done, but I was a bit worried about the cost. When I got the final invoice, I was pleasantly surprised by how little the bill went up given the massive increase in the scope of the job.

I can and will use them again, and I've already recommended them to some real world friends.
