I came in for an oil change. The staff their is amazing! They checked my fluids, breaks, tires etc.and did the oil change all for $43. I also purchased my car from there so every fourth or third oil change is free. My mom goes there as well. They usually try to give you some type of deal or discount. A+ service!
Take your car literally ANYWHERE else to be serviced. I can understand that places are understaffed at times, things come up, and repairs may take longer than expected. What I can't understand is the unprofessionalism of the service representatives at this location. I was called once for an update on my car in the SIX days that it was there. Each time I talked to someone, I was told they would call back in an hour, and they never delivered. Every time, it seemed like my car was about to be finished and they would just call me back shortly. I never got a call, and from then, it was a hassle to get ahold of anyone. Anytime I tried to reach the service station, I was immediately transferred to voicemail. They must ignore or just not care about voicemails because I never received a call back. I had my friend try to call them and magically she got through to a representative! It's like they were screening the calls and literally avoiding me.
I did not feel like a priority and I did not feel like my business was at all valued by Pacifico Mazda. After my car being there for the time that it was, I left not knowing if everything was fixed. They only had time to fix the initial problem. I left scared that my car was going to break down again, not knowing if the fix resolved all of the cars issues. As a new resident of the area, I was really hoping that this service experience would have been a good one and I would have gained a new trusty mechanic. The rep did offer me a $100 discount at the end, but it was the same offer I had through a coupon on the MyMazda app, so it really didn't mean anything.
Service was excellent and the team stayed focused on task with their building under construction-totally gutted. I hope to see the showrooms and service waiting areas fresh and new next time.
I would like to thank Curran McQuade, who was patient and reassuring me that I will get the car of my choice! I provide him with the items I wanted in the car and he did just that!
Never Again- They dont call you back dont respond to emails moved my Mazda & Hyundai to Faulkner -so much better service
I own a Mazda CX-7 for over 7 years and I love my car but needed an upgrade. My husband and I went to Mazda dealership at Essington ave and met with Curran. From start to finish he was an amazing guy to work with! At first I had drove away with a Mazda CX-5 touring and because of their 5 days exchange I was able to go back and trade it for the for grand touring I saw online. He was very patience and understanding throughout the entire process. I was a nervous wreck which I blame on my very inexperienced young self years before but Curran explained and walked me through everything. In the end I got what I wanted and love, absolutely love my new car. The staff was great, he was amazing and I recommend anyone who wants to test drive a Mazda to go to the one on Essington ave!
Go see Curran! He took great care of me. I didn’t feel hassled like I have at other dealerships. Buying/leasing a car can be a brutally time consuming process, but he made it bearable.
Every time I go in for a oil change or something small like a tire rotation, they always trying to change something that doesn't need fixing. I went in to get new break pads and they told me my roters were done and it would be $399. The last time I went there they said the same thing and that was 3 months ago. I went to another dealership and they told me my roters were good and my pads were 50%. They are scamming people
Tried to schedule service at Turnersville mazda and they told me mid October, more than a month away. Pacifico took me same week for oil change and to check brakes. They did the job, provided free car wash. Satisfied and I now have a new mazda service dealer.
I have been a customer at Pacifico Ford for many years. I always love the service I get at Pacifico when I work with Rocky DeGregorio. He truly personalizes my request and goes beyond what is required as a salesman. He's the best!
I came in to get my key replaced. Steve helped me; he was awesome and had me of in and out of there in no time! The rest of the staff was very welcoming and friendly!

Love my car! Got a pretty good deal. But be prepared to be there for an entire day when buying a car. I had to go back two separate times to get the deal finalized and it took me multiple hours both times.extremely frustrating. Their process seems to be a bit inefficient. So much paperwork to fill out. They need to improve their process.
Service was good. Improvements made on coffee and snacks. Enjoyed my stay front fesk really friendly.
