Great internet experience. Great salesman and GM. Finance was a breeze. Car shows up.it was spotty, fingerprints, and needed to be vacuumed. This should not have happened.

This is the third car I have purchased from Pacifico. The Sales staff is knowledgeable & courteous. The last two cars I purchased were from Reginald Jefferson an on point hard working gentlemen that will locate inventory off the lot as well and keep you updated on the process of your order every step of the way. If you are in the market for a vehicle your first stop must be Pacifico.

Salesman Alex was great to work with. I would give him 5 stars. But the sales manager was a little pushy I would give him 3 stars for his tactics. I would give the dealership 4 stars for taking almost 3 hours to process an all cash sale. That adds up to a soft 4 stars.

Took my Mazda Tribute in for a factory recall part. Scheduling was really easy and the work was done really quick. Nothing but praise for this operation.

Appt time was 10: 30am. I arrived at 10: 50am did not leave until 12: 40pm for an oil change and tires rotated. Not to mention the waiting room was freezing cold-I’m done!

Our salesperson was Alex Saraullo and he made our car shopping very enjoyable and carefree. His knowledge of his products and financing was extensive and honest. There are plenty of Ford dealers around the Philadelphia area, but with a person of Alex's character it makes it a cinch to go to Pacifico.

The Pacifico service department is always helpful, friendly, and they work quickly. I’m usually never there for longer than 1 hour and 20 minutes. I’m giving 3 stars because I have a baby and their restrooms do not have changing tables. I’m a SAHM and need to bring my children with me for all appointments.

Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful from the very first phone call and throughout the entire process. Rocky worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a price within my budget. I spent 10 hours over 2 visits there, but in the end, I satisfied and felt I got a good deal with professional service.

Sales associate was friendly and helpful, but I waited over an hour when I had to come back to the dealership to sign final paperwork when I was told it would be quick. It seemed like once they had my payment in hand they did not mind having me wait and wait.

Good service, would be 5 star except had my car routine checked and 5 minutes after I left my tire pressure light came on leaving me to doubt they checked everything.

Making my appointment on line, I'd asked to be done in less than 2 hours. I was back on the road, service completed in under an hour.

I'm never coming back. I bought a car from a different Mazda which is a little far for me. This location is much more convenient. Every time I come here they always say they don't honor the maintenance plan or tire plan I purchased. I even got a letter written from the other dealer saying my plans are valid at ANY Mazda. This really irks me.

I guess I'll have to drive out of my way to the other location.

The nice lady who scheduled my car for service was professional and extremely courteous. From scheduling to meeting her at the service center to closing out my service she was excellent and made me feel like a valuable customer.
