On my first visit here, I met Chase at the customer service counter as soon as you enter into the business. Phenomenal young man with great knowledge on computers. Repaired my very damaged laptop screen in one day and weeks later on a follow-up visit helped me out with a Wi-Fi driver issue at no charge. Very professional, very knowledgeable, a much better alternative to the big box stores.

Thanks to the guys at PA connect for great service to fix the power connection on my Dell laptop. Quick response (less than 2 days) and reasonable price. I will definitely recommend these guys for computer repairs.

These folks are computer geniuses. They had me into a new computer & even saved everything from the computer that died.it was like nothing ever happened.

When I called them out of the blue, not only did they take the time to try to help me over the phone, but when that didn't work out one of the management team came to my office the next morning to rescue our server. If your Phone screen is Broke Brad is the man! My screen was extremely damaged glass pieces missing and unusable. I wasn’t sure if it was able to be repaired. Brad and Pa Connect got it handled great price same day service! Much Appreciated!

Brad went over and beyond to help us fix a destroyed iPhone screen. The damage was so bad, the screen underneath the glass was no longer functioning. We thought it was going to require a replacement of the device. But Brad fixed it in a timely manner and the cost was extremely affordable. I highly recommend this business and Brad:)
