I was greeted and directed to Brad within 30 seconds of walking through the door. Brad was personable and professional. He did a great job with my iPhone screen replacement and had it done quickly and with an upright price gaurantee. It costed less than I expected. I have used PA Connect before (for an iPad with a cracked screen) and knew from that experience that my phone was, literally, in good hands.
