Thanks to Patient First - Colonial Park my pain and suffering was ended in a day. Walkin patient services are monumentally beneficial. Service was clean, prompt and professional.the doctor took xrays and blood tests expeditiously and thoroughly explained the result.

The doctor made sure I knew to go directly from Patient First to the hospital emergency room for more extensive tests and necessary medical treatments.

My pain and suffering started ending the very day walked into Patient First.

A word to the wise is suffienct.

I was very pleased at the promptness of the service and not waiting for hours on end to be seen, I even saw the dr quickly and the blood results were fairly quick as well. If this is the normal process I may never need another dr office again!

Excellent 1st experience. The receptionist, MA, Lab tech and DO that I saw were all great. Everyone was knowledgeable in their area of responsibility and seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. Thank you for a good visit while I was under the weather.

Everyone treated me with care and concern and addressed my needs in an efficient way. Excellent service from fast check in to, to the exam, thorough X-rays with a clear explanation and recommendations for follow up care.

Receptionist and nurses were very friendly. Wait time was not that long. However both times I have visited here the doctors have been obnoxious and rude. Very set in their ways and do not want to listen to you

Second time bringing my 96 year old mother here. Was very impressed with the service and the caring staff. No complaints.

Great service Christine who wasn’t even my nurse or anything saw how sick I was and went out of her way to make sure, I had what I needed to be comfortable until I was seen. Getting me a water and offering a cool or warm blanket.

Long wait times almost 90 mins wait in the room after checking in. Doctor comes in for 3-5 mins and leaves. Wish the wait time was a lot less. And to clarify there were 7 out of 10 empty rooms so it wasn’t even busy. Although the decor was peaceful the wait time makes it a lot more frustrating. Didn’t have insurance the first time so was charged $119 for the visit. Don’t mind paying but wait time is the worst everytime.

Took my 14 month old here because we thought she had chicken pox. Two different doctors looked at her and said its definitely not chicken pox, but there's so many viral infections that they didn't really know what it was. I was able to get her seen by a pediatrician today, and guess what? She has chicken pox. I guess the people here just dont know what they're talking about. I got excited when there wasn't a lot of people there, but I guess now I know why.

My son who had an ear infection was deny attention because they don't take our insurance even when I ask to pay with a my credit card.

I've used Patient First a lot for my medical needs recently and in the past because I did not have a primary care physician. I went this past Sunday after experiencing 3-4 days worth of cold/flu symptoms. The registration process and beginning procedure with blood pressure, height, weight, etc.was fine. I was swabbed for the flu right away. However, once the P. A. -C. Ali Saleh came in to check my ears, eyes, nose and whatnot, its like he could of cared less about me. I had to ask him what my flu results were. Why am I asking? You are the doctor and you have the results that you should be communicating with me. His response was like I should have known. He proceeded to just say I had a bad cold (upper respiratory infection) and an ear infection, got my prescription and sent me off. There was no comfort or care. He didn't bother to check for bronchitis or pneumonia even though I had all the symptoms only to find out a few days later when I wasn't getting any better that I DID in fact have bronchitis. People come to urgent cares because they are supposed to be affordable, convenient and helpful. Unfortunately my visit was not. I will think twice before going to this Patient First again.

I will never go back here. Go to the ER before even considering this place. I was given incorrect information regarding important financial portion of the medical appointment. Charged my card over 100$ without my authorization, submitted the claim incorrectly and now I have to fight to be reimbursed. DO NOT GO HERE.

The receptionist and the nurse were wonderful and personable. The doctor left much to be desired in the way of bedside manner. The doctor receives a pardon though, as I am sure he was overworked being it was a saturday night in the middle of flu season. Overall, a job well done.

Used to have great experiences here but after the issue I’m dealing with now plus my last visit for care with Ali, I think I’m done with this place and company overall.
Back in September, I went for a sick visit. Long story short, they ran my visit against my old insurance policy even after I gave them my new cards upon check-in. Here we over four months later and I have yet to see a check. Called multiple times about got multiple responses about it and no one seems to be able to make up for THEIR mistake.currently the refund is “in process” and they will print the check and mail it “when they have enough checks to be mailed out? ” How about throwing it in and envelope and overnighting it to make up for YOUR mistake? Absolutely unacceptable.
Also, I agree with the others about the staff. Doctors and PAs on their phones and tending to them before “patients first. ” Not to mention, I saw Ali last time and I just sensed an attitude when I was being examined.
Time to step it up folks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have always been extremely happy with the level of care I have received! The staff is very through in its immediate testing and prompt results so you leave knowing exactly what is ailing you! I will drive there from Elizabethtown every time I need to see a doctor at a moments notice!

I recently cut my thumb and had to get stitches. Everyone that greeted/preformed care on me were not only polite and respectful, they provided a calming presence and allowed me to become more relaxed during the procedure (even while getting shots yuck). I don’t usually review but the healthcare here blew my expectations out of the ballpark. I wish I could give 6 stars, thank you to all the professionals at Patient’s First

On a very busy day your staff made sure they diagnose my medical issues thoroughly. Your staff was very professional. My only thing was after you took my blood my body started to crash. To have water available or better juice to keep people hydrated. I did not want to ask your staff because they were so busy

I would like to say it is the best care I have had, the receptionist was friendly and the nurses was exceptionally polite, and the lab nurse was fantastic with taking my lab work, I am usually a big baby, but she did it painless and quick, and the doctor was excellent very informative and friendly and caring and service was fast but courteous as well, I wish this could be my permanent doctors, THANKYOU SO MUCH for such excellent care! I will refer everyone I know to this urgent care!
