22 I used to like this place in Colonial Park by Colonial Commons in Harrisburg. At one point they were good. Now all new faces and one big female
bully nurse with a crew cut hair do and a bad attitude. I was there on Thursday 12/28/17. The place was not busy. I figured I'd be in and out quickly as in the past when they were busy. I saw the patient before me leaving knowing that I would be next. I waited well over 25 to 30 minutes and still no Dr. It just happened to be lunch hour and most of the staff were all congregating in another room. I finally walked out and asked the miserable nurse if everyone was on lunch? I heard one staff member ordering lunch by phone several minutes earlier. Instead of being considerate she said you can have a refund if you don't like waiting? She lied telling me the Dr was with the patient before me but I saw her leaving shortly after I came in the back. I called her on her lie. As I looked around there was one other patient who came in after me and he had already gotten xrays. Really? I was very sick but I got my clothes and went to Pinacle Health walk in clinic a few miles away. I will never go back to Patient First. Patient First my ASS!? On this day it was staff first and patient LAST. I used to refer people here. No no no. Not anymore. Go to Pinacle Health walk in clinic. Much more professional. This place and their new staff threw their motto of patient first out the window. Never again and the arrogant insensitive bully nurse should have been fired.
The wait was entirely too long. 90+ mins for antibiotic prescription and the doctor was in room for 30 seconds.
