Absolutely horrible at least an hour wait. I don't know if the doctor was having a bad day. But I left there feeling so horrible helpless and discriminated upon it's been one of the most eye-opening. Life threatening. Experiences of my life. I'm emotionally scard from my visit

I wanna speak to a supervisor immediately. I am extremely displeased with our visit with Dr.lablanco. My husband was out of his medication due to his doctor dying, and was not able to see a new one until next week and needed his medication. Dr. Lablanco REFUSED to write him a script for his medication that he so desperately needed and gave him a new medicine because she "Thought" it would help him. He had TERRIBLE SIDE EFFECTS AND EXTREMELY BAD THOUGHTS! ALL BECAUSE SOME DOCTOR WAS TOO STUBBORN TO HELP SOMEONE IN NEED!

I went there in the beginning of Dec of 2017 for what looked like athletes foot. Go there twice, and they prescribe me an antibiotic. At the time I didn’t know what I needed. It worsened within a few days of going there so I decide to go to my local ER. Turns out I had advanced stages of Cellulitis and 3 Different bacterial infections. And all they (Patient first) saw was Athletes foot. Wasted my time and money, all because they couldn’t even take the time to properly diagnose me. But yet I’m still responsible for payment for “quality care” gtfo!

My first time here and definitely won’t be the last. I actually live closer to a clinic in Phillipsburg, Nj but based on the reviews I chose this clinic. The receptionist, nurses and doctors were all very professional and courteous. My time in the waiting room was quick. Total time in the clinic was about an hour. What I really liked the most was that I was able to walk out with the meds that were prescribed to me in my hands instead of stopping to get it filled at local pharmacy.

Went there late on January 6.they had 15 min before closing.but, your not burger king and close up early. The front desk woman gave me such a disgusted look that we were there.after rushing through my son's visit.btw he's 6'1.they logged him at 5'9.they charged him $148 because he paid cash.that was for the 15 min visit and shabby, rushed care. All because they were in a hurry to leave the job. I ask the front desk woman about a script. I'm in mid sentence and some other woman is unlocking the door saying good night.we weren't done with questions.again I ask a question.and again.mid sentence we are "pushed". Out of the door.basically it didn't matter to them about what happened or any questions.they made a quick buck. They should be ashamed.shut their doors. I'm sure other facilities would actually care about their patients.

Horrible experience. Charged me 237 for them to tell me they don't know what it is, and I should go see my family doctor. If they are not doctors what the hell are they? And how come they charge more than my family doctor. Only came here cause they were book solid and I needed care.

They were excellent today and went far and beyond our expectations. Some people were complaining about the wait but they seemed to be people who would complain about anything. When a boy comes in with a broken arm (compound fracture) the people with the sniffles may have to wait a little longer. It's common sense.

Professional, courteous and caring staff. I was pleasantly surprised after the experience I had at The Doctor Is In in Phillipsburg, NJ. I literally left there and came straight to Patient First for my care. This is more like a 1 stop shop compared to others. Not having to go out for x-rays is so convenient.

Excellent customer service. My wife went their for a tooth infection that suddenly began bothering her Sunday night. She is waiting to get into an oral surgeon and her primary is quite a distance drive. From check in to seeing a physician was 15 minutes or less, now it did not appear to be very busy, but still the timing was impressive. They prescribed her an antibiotic and even had it available on site for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. We have never gone to an urgent care before and it was a very good experience
