Weirdly terrible bedside manners, doctor seemed like he didn’t want to be there and was aggressive for no reason

The staff was very nice, even when i came in with a positive covid diagnostic they didn’t act like is was a big deal, and that make me feel verygood.
They really are very nice, and professional.
I highly recommend them.

Don't trust them whit your urine test or other preemployment lab test they will definetly mess your results and you will
NOT GET THE JOB

This place was extremely unprofessional. Doctor misdiagnosed me, ran the wrong test (s), didn’t even check me for the symptoms I came in for. Panicked himself in front of me and which made me panic. Sent me to the ER for something that wasn’t even needed. The ER doctors said it was ridiculous I was even there and this could have been avoided had the Patient First doctors checked me for my actual symptoms. I would not recommend this facility. Please think about going somewhere else before going here.

I would recommend this doctor office to anyone out there because they handled everything professionally and with a lot of kindness.

I have always received excellent attention and services every visit.
This visit I brought my father for x-rays because he had fallen and was complaining of pain.
Upon arrival he was received immediately and was attended to right after reception.

The staff was extremely warm and friendly. The visit was efficient and environment for patients was great even with covid related circumstances. The diversity in the office among the staff is appreciated and provides many people with representation to feel comfortable and confident in their healthcare. Wait time wasn’t long either! Highly recommend.

Best experience I have had at an urgent care facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility quick check in and very quick waiting time. They were there when I needed them both on a Saturday and a Sunday.

The front desk people are always super super nice! So understanding and caring! Never takes long! Recommend! Always fast and always friendly.i swear it has the nicest people i have met never had a problem no matter what i was there for big or small. What i truly love is No one judges you for coming in for something minor like my son falling and me needing bigger bandages as well as he had hit his head so i was a worry wart typical mom.they didn't act like is was a problem that i came in and the doctor was super considerate and helped me get him cleaned up, so i'm really glad that there is a patient first close by as well as the hospital if its something too big. They really have such a great timely bedside manner.they listen and help but they really don't keep you waiting long at all, so that is extremely helpful and something barely any place around can do. That is something to really be proud of!

Horrible experience. The doctor literally spent 60 seconds with me and walked into the room saying she knows what the issue is. Then handed me a receipt and basically kicked me out. Worst experience! How about actually looking at the patient before coming up with a diagnosis. She literally would not let me explain how I think I got injuries because she already “knew” what the issue was. I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone goes there. I’m really upset because this is my life and people go to hospitals to receive professional help to get their issue resolved so they can have quality of life. A misdiagnosis can have life changing consequences. I asked if I can get a scan of my knee, I was told that the doctor knows what she is doing and I do not need one. I’m self paid. I would have paid for it. But I literally got told to take anti inflammatory and to come back in a week of it doesn’t stop hurting. Then I was charged for that. She was more concerned with charging me than helping me

Took a covid 19 test more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't received results. On the paper they gave me, it stated that they would send me my results within 5-7 days. When I called to inquire about my results, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and was not given a legitimate answer as to why my results are not in. Definitely do not recommend going to this location.

Go anywhere but here. I waited over 3 hours while an indifferent staff told me they had no ideas how long it would take. I will never go here again, and neither should you.

Everyone was nice except for the blonde doctor that came when I asked about crutches. I asked for information, and she came and unwrapped new crutches without discussing it with me. I asked if my insurance covered it, and she said she didn't know if I'd be charged for it, telling me that if I didn't want them, I didn't have to take them. I'm in severe pain when I walk, and money is a concern for me. Rude and unsympathetic. I'd rather go somewhere else than feel humiliated again.

I have been waiting for 2 hour and and a half and there were no one before me the average wait on an urgent care clinic is 15 minutes, yes I understand that is an average but please this is too much I am so much pain and they won't even give me medication for pain while waiting

I don't have insurance at the moment I needed to see a doctor but I was afraid to go to st Luke's or even Lehigh valley hospital because the prices they charge are outrageous here they have reasonable prices and they tell you upfront how much you will not like the other guys who charge for everything like coordinated health they charge you a facility fee on your bill just to use the building to see the doctor

I wish I could rate this dump a 0 stars. This place is a joke.staff is incompetent. This place will charge you $215 to take a temperature then they will tell you that you need to buy their medicine in house.how convenient! Then when you take your child to get rechecked at your regular doctor they look at you like what the F&@K did they diagnose your child with? This place will take you for all you got and more. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs go to St. Luke’s north they at least know how to screw the insurance company not your pocket alone.

Excellent service. Quick, courteous and professional treatment. I was processed, treated and had my scripts filled within an hours time

Would have given a 10. Everything was excellent. But once in a patient room it was a long wait. Did not seem busy enough for a 45 min wait! Dr Jacques was very nice and caring. Check in process was smooth and easy!

The wait to leave after being seen with doctor was a bit longer than expected. Otherwise everything was great!

I have been here twice and received fast, professional and compassionate service. They are much better to work with than my primary physician's office.
