Patient First - Bethlehem

This was a super clean facility. There was no waiting. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. I was given a flu test, and it came out negative for both types of the flu. I was relieved to have this information. I was able to buy my prescription right at this facility; since I felt terrible that was a blessing.

I had practically no wait and everyone was very friendly. My 13-month-old had some very sweet interactions with the staff.

My first time went extremely good. I was called before I was finished checking in. They left no stone unturned during the examination to be sure all was well. I had no long wait receiving my medication.

The check-in process was easy and the woman helping me was very nice, patient, and you could tell she’s great at her job. The nurse that took my vitals, Fatima, acted like it was a huge inconvenience to show up to work today and came across as pretty rude. I heard her laughing and chatting with her colleagues before she called me back, but did not display the same friendly demeanor with me (didn't ask how I was feeling or demonstrate any kind of empathy). She murmured her questions and asked if I wanted a chest x-ray, to which I replied that I wouldn’t be able to decide that without speaking to the doctor. She kind of sighed and left.

Then waited over 30 minutes to see a doctor. I asked one of the nurses around minute 20 how much longer it would be, and she wasn’t super friendly either. I did see Dr. Katz and he was very lovely. Thorough, kind, and helpful.

Came in around roughly 9: 20AM, intake clerk was polite and took my insurance information and ran my HSA card (which they never did this before and it seems sketchy as I wasn't seen at that point). Seemed to be minimal people waiting; about 3 people when I arrived. Nurse came to get me and took my vitals; wasn't very personable, but got the job done. She asked what my symptoms were in the patient waiting room and then left stating the doctor would be in. OVER AN HOUR LATER and not being checked in on, I got up and went to the receptionist asking if I could leave as I needed to get back to work. Apparently there was an emergency which was holding up the doctor causing the long wait. It would have been nice for the nurse or anyone for that matter to have checked in and state that the wait would be longer than usual. And since they swiped my HSA card before I was even seen by a doctor, I have to go back in later tonight because they took my vitals and started the process.

Took my daughter there said that her insurance was accepted. While in there they told me they couldn't do anything for her and I had to turn around and go to the ER. Now I get a bill saying I owe them 118 dollars. Never again.

Everyone was very nice. The place was very clean and the experience was enjoyable, even though I had to get a shot and I hate shots, the nurse made it quick and almost painless. And on top of everything else, my visit was quick but I didn't feel rushed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definately be back and recommend them to other people.

I had the best experience at Patient First. The staff was attentive, friendly, and even set up an appointment for tests at the hospital for me. I am so grateful.

doctor was very straight forward and professional. Checking out was easy. I can't say enough nice things about this place! I'm recommending this location to everyone.

Dr. Katz and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Didn't wait long when I arrived, in and out in less than an hour.

This was my first time here but for the first time ever, my entire visit was only like 30 minutes total. Everyone was so friendly, and I even got my medicine and doctors note in those 30 minutes. The best health care I have had in a very long time from an urgent care facility. I would recommend this place to anyone!
