Front desk Receptionist were very good makes u feel comfortable. I just don’t like how it’s an urgent care and over the phone they tell u one thing when u show up it’s a totally different ball game. People was sitting around looking at you side ways when u go to the back. It was very unprofessional

I used the telehealth service. It was great! The doctor was incredibly helpful. I had a terrible sinus infection and I got the prescription I needed in a few hours. I feel a million times better!

This place is one of the nicest places I've ever been to. So kind and helping. Made me feel so comfortable. I not a person who likes to go to Dr's offices, but they made me feel at home. The staff (all) are the kindest, caring ppl. Very clean, and when I tell you fast service, it was the fastest. No waiting, these ppl need to be recognized for their service. I thank everyone who helped me today. And would come back anytime I need Dr's help. And I will also recommend them to anyone. And again thanks for all your help.

Convenient, same day appointment, courteous staff from registration to observation. I was treated with great care from the beginning of my arrival through departure.

My visit to Patient First was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. The wait time was minimal and they seemed to be very organized and well-staffed. The phlebotomist who took my blood sample was particularly great! Overall a very good experience.

When I went for check in yesterday. I mentioned that I needed a Prescription for my blood pressure medicine and she instantly cut me off and she said we don't give out pills here and I'm like ma'am I don't want pills I need a prescription. She was very very rude and prejudice assuming that because I was black that I was there for drugs. I feel discriminated against. I will be also be calling customer service.

My husband was diagnosed with covid and after 8 days of fevers I felt he needed to be seen by a health care provider to ensure we weren't missing any warning signs of his condition worsening. I was most concerned with pneumonia since he had recently developed a cough. First, I called ahead to let them know I was bringing him in and the woman over the phone told me I could check him in and leave him in the car. I arrived and checked him in and then when called to register another woman told me I could not do it for him. Ok, no problem so I went to get him. We were registered and then told to go back into the car and wait our turn. We waited about 45-60 mins, no biggie I understand how busy facilities are right now. I was not allowed in so I made sure to tell my husband to ask for a chest xray. He waited almost another 60 mins for a Dr to come in to see him. While waiting he heard the same Dr who saw him say something along the lines of he didn't want to see any more patients that day- it was about 11am. He then went into my husbands room, did his assessment and said his lungs sounded good and he would do a chest xray "to make your wife happy". My husband also proceeded to tell me how miserable and rude the xray technician was. I understand, this is a pandemic and you're exposed everyday by covid positive patients but you don't know how bad these patients feel and how much your attitude is reflected. I myself am a healthcare worker and would never think to be rude or miserable in front of my patients, no matter what kind of day it is. The Dr then looked at his chest xray in front of him and said it looked good. We were sent home with a "you just have to let it runs its course, there is nothing we can give you". Although, I felt relief I felt there was still something going on. We got a call that same night that the radiologist read the chest xray and it showed "the beginnings of pneumonia". We were prescribed an antibiotic and started that night. We actually ended up getting a telemed visit with his PCP and was placed on a different antibiotic and more meds. The point of my review is, although on paper he looked good have some more compassion, Dr try your best to make sure nothing is wrong, especially during these times of covid. Instead, he was very dismissive and things could have taken a huge turn for the worst if he never did that chest xray. I am so happy that he did it "just to make me happy". Would not recommend this patient first again, maybe if you had a bump or scrape but nothing serious.

Overall a pleasant experience. Glad you're available on the weekends with comprehensive services. Thank you.

This place don’t even deserve 1 star. I went for a x-ray and it took over 2 hours to get results back. Mind you I’m a student coming straight from school so I’m hungry and I had a lot of homework to do. I was the only one in the back and over 15 other patients came in and were in and out way before me. Overall this place and their service was trash.

Ridiculously long time to wait! We've been here for 2 hours and have yet to be seen! When I asked the nurse when it should be our turn - she was incredibly rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Last time I come here!

I must say this visit and experience has been a pleasant one, hell I started feeling better before I filled my prescription much much better then a hospital visit

Sitting here waiting to be seen now. They got me in immediately and now I have been sitting for almost and hour and half for a TB shot. You see more white coats outside the rooms conversing than you do in the rooms. Somebody could at least check on me.

Not busy but somehow waited an hour and a half and to see a PA named William Fought. Not friendly And treat you with no respect. Will never return to this location

Worse place ever. Spent 2 hours waiting for a doctor, listening to 5 nurses have a 90 minute conversion and to top it off a doctor saying something COMPLETELY inappropriate. This place needs to change there name to Patient Last. Don't worse your time.

The only good part was when a different doctor finally came in he was great perfect bed same manner.

I'm here now waiting and waiting and waiting. This is a real joke. Don't waste your time. I see more people walking around. Probably have 2 doctors working.

This place should be called Patience First because you need a lot of patience to make it out. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. No one was in front of us and we are still waiting in a room for over 2 hours and no doctor in sight! They wouldn’t even know if a patient passed out. Meanwhile you hear staff and doctors joking around, having numerous loud conversations, clearly they aren’t busy. I will find myself another urgent care for my future needs.

Brought my 10 year old daughter in with a swollen, weepy infected finger. As of now, been waiting in exam room for an hour, no guarantee when anyone will be in to see her. Never again.

As someone who hates having anything treated, or visiting any treatment center I must say that the staff here made my experience enjoyable. I am usually a baby when it comes to shots, etc however they had me laughing so frequently that I almost didn’t notice. I have never left a review for any establishment before, but they honestly deserve the recognition.

At the nearly two hour mark I walked out. I was registered and xrayed quickly, then sat and sat waiting to see the doctor. They couldn’t give me any idea how long it would be. It was not busy at all.

The nurses didn’t even look up when I walked out, and based on the other reviews on here, walk outs seem to happen a lot. I won’t be going back. I’ll go to crozier or just wait for an appointment with my primary.
