7/17/18 morning and evening
I was here 1030am intake done.vitals done 1: 45 waiting.no one came to check on me. I walked out.
Nurse called apologized I came back (why?)
They re did the entire process.intake vitals this time exam.waited again over an hour.not to mention it is not busy!

I’m in pain do they even care? Will not return and I I did a comment card.

Longest wait times ever! Yet you hear the employees complaining outside of your room about how busy they are. It is not an emergency room, it should not take 2 plus hours to be seen. I'm surprised there aren't deaths here, considering your curtain is always closed and when you try to open it someone comes around and closes it again. For 2 hours I sat in the tiny room alone, without one person coming in to check on me, at least making sure I'm alive.

We waited 10minutes to be seen.the staff was so nice and the facility immaculate. Dr. Michael Johnson was the best. His shift was just about over yet he was kind enough to stay and explain everything to us. What a kind considerate man, We never felt rushed as he explained everything to us. He is an asset to the practice and to the medical community!

They gave me major difficulty signing in at the receptionist desk. Before solving the issue with me the receptionist continued to take other patients pushing me further behind folks that arrived after me. After a long dispute a nurse was able to do what we needed after explaining this to the receptionist numerous times. In stead of apologizing immediately got defensive. Spent 5+ hours here and the customer service was horrible

Better name would be: Payment First. My girl friend is in town from out of State, and has insurance that has a name that is associated with her location (not one of the big national brands), but participates in a network listed on the Patient First site. Reception took one look at the card, and said they would not accept it saying even to be seen it she would have to pay $119 and extra for every procedure. This may not sound like much, but we are students living off loans currently. This sure seems to be an underhanded way of reducing time payments are in account receivable by forcing the patient, rather than their billing department to seek re-reimbursement (I have worked in healthcare, and am familiar with this issue). The net effect for us, however, is that to seek care for abdominal pain (which could be life threatening), we could not get basic access to care through this facility. By the fact they would not even do a search or call, it is clear what they are putting first - not patients or medicine.

If you do not have a card that says one of the big national insurances (or Pa insurances), I would warn you to stay away unless you are ready to shell out significant money and spend months trying to get some of it back from your insurance company (typical time in accounts receivable for a fast paying insurance is 45-50 days, not uncommon to be near 90 days).

I waited 3 hours just for a vaccine while several people who came after me were seen and left before me. The staff was rude when I asked why the wait was so long. The website says fast flu shots but think again and go to your pcp unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Everyone I encountered from registration to the triage nurse to the x-ray tech to the doctor was extremely pleasant, and I really felt they cared about helping me resolve my problem.

Dr. Johnson sewed up my thumb so wonderfully that not even the tiniest scar remains! Your facilities are wonderful - extremely clean and tidy with the latest equipment. Yes, there was the inevitable wait but that was to be expected in a walk-in clinic.
