Patient First - East Norriton reviews
41 The staff very professional and courteous. Gave me step by step instructions as to the process for me. Able to get all labs there which was great.
Called me today to give me my blood work results today. Over all a great experience for me.
Thank you for being here!
Everyone was cordial and attentive to my needs. The wait time was minimal and staff was friendly.
I was very impressed (& grateful) with the fast & efficient service. This was the first time I’ve been to any type of urgent care facility but it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had within a healthcare setting.
Best experience I ever had at urgent care. They were prompt and professional and explained everything. Gianna is the best! She was very personable and comforting. Highly recommend.
They took me right in. Took me for an X-ray and had me bandaged up in no time. It was so much better than going to the ER. They were faster and so much friendlier and kinder than at the ER.
Nice and friendly people they care they made sure room was clean before entering they where quick and explained everything well keep up good job
Wonderful Staff! Extremely handy to be able to receive quick medical treatment for all the basics! Much better service than my primary provider can offer. A+
I was the first walk in. So there was no wait. But the process was great and stream-lined well. I felt like everyone was actually listening to what I was saying. And the appointment was very thorough. Frankly, I'm impressed.
Quick and easy, everybody was very polite. I love the signs in the rooms offering blankets, charging stations, coffee, etc. Even though I didn't need any of those things the offer put me at ease.
I had a not so pleasant experience here. The receptionist was not very nice at all and claims to have explained everything to me (which she didn't). The medical staff was fine. But the clerk when exiting didn't bother to even give me a receipt. I recognize this is a difficult time but kindness goes a long way.
Have come here a half dozen times. Always friendly intake and swift, professional service. COVID testing a breeze once you arrive. Easy prescription filling and doctors on duty are normally relaxed and understanding.
Very polite and pleasant. Came in right before closing and they were still very accommodating. It is very appreciated how late the hours are. I didn’t have my card with me and they were happy to accept a picture.
I went in for first time because I didn't feel well. Everyone I seen from the receptionist, the Dr that took my vitals and the Dr that treated me all made me laugh even though I really felt like. I want to thank you guys for making me feel welcomed & just lifting my spirits. Also I was in & out. Much love
Great place to go if you can’t get to your family doctor and don’t want to towait for hours at the ER
Excellent experience. Beautiful facility with everything onsite. Staff is kind, professional and thorough. Highly recommend this location.
Went on Sunday due to my eye being severally swollen & hurting. The PA looked in my eye with a light, told me it was allergies, gave me some medicine & sent me home. Ended up at my family DR today because it's still swollen.turns out I have a Stye. The PA didn't even touch my eye & was in the room for 5 seconds. Now thanks to her mis-diagnosis I have their $100 plus bill & another $65 for my family Dr
Do not appreciate that for minors they have the parents step out of the roofs, NEVER EVER EVER experienced this before. Extremely dissatisfied
We were visiting from Boston and had to take our toddler. Checkin was swift and we were out within 30 minutes. We were seen by RN who was very courteous and professional. They have a onsite pharmacy if any prescriptions are needed. Overall great experience!
Top notch service. Quickly taken in quickly checked in. Very accommodating staff. Not very pleased with the out come. But pleased with service.
Came in for a work related injury. Barely able to walk in. Left in a soft shoe and crutches. No medicine recommendations other then “Advil”. Sent back to work on modified Duty. Spent entire shift in severe pain stressing the injury. Will be seeing primary physician in morning for second opinion.
Beautiful, clean facility. My experience with medical care at PF for my 11 year old was not a good one. Son needed to come back 72 hours after initial visit because the antibiotic perscribed to him was not working for his walking pneumonia (no big deal) However My IBX co-pay was $100. They wanted to charge that to me again for a follow up visit. I asked over the phone if there was a follow up visit private pay fee I Cld pay instead (as if I had no insurance) Indeed their was.just $39. When I got there they told me they couldn’t honor the private pay rate of $39 after telling me 15 min earlier on phone that they would.lousy customer service decision. Probably get better care and service at your PCP. Hope your experience is better than ours was.
