Quick and efficient. Nurses and doctor were very nice, helpful & understanding.

Prescription only cost $4. Saved me a trip and wait at the pharmacy.

Not sure what the bill cost will be but as of now, way better than going to the primary doctor or hospital.

Very organized and well run office. Nurses and doctor were terrific and were able to treat me within a short amount of time. They were very thorough and explained everything needed for after care. I will definitely go there again when I can't get an appt.at my family doctor (which seems to be most of the time anymore.)

The facility is hit or miss. I had two problems with the woman at the front who registers you. One time my insurance wasn’t billed and I was sent a bill that went to collections without notice to me, that I had to pay. Another time was when the woman registered me and was extremely rude. I have had good experiences with the medical staff.

Worst experience ever. Was there Sunday and Dr told me I wasn't sick enough yet and made me wait to fill antibiotics 4 days latter. Now I missed 4 days of work and still feel sick what was the point of going to the Dr's I wasted my money.

Everybody was VERY nice. Much better experience than my last visit to an "urgent care" style facility. On the way out, EVERYBODY working there that I walked by said bye and feel better. Great staff working that shift.

I loved everything about my visit to this location (except that I was sick and needed to go)! From the electronic sign-in to the exam/diagnosis with the doctor - everyone I interacted with were professional and kind! The location was SOOOOOO clean and well-maintained! I almost want to use for my primary care needs going forward! Keep up the GREAT work!

So glad I went here. I had a minor issue but needed an antibiotic to treat what I had. I called my doctor who couldn't see me until tomorrow and I just couldn't wait that long because the symptoms were getting worse by the hour. I knew my issue didn't require an emergency room visit, so, a little apprehensively, I went to Patient First.

I'm so glad I did. They have a wonderful business model; very prompt, courteous and efficient. They move you through the process very quickly.

I waited a reasonable amount of time. The best part? A young lady actually TOLD ME I'd have to wait a little bit while my specimen "cooks". Wow - what a concept, they don't just leave you there wondering what the heck is going on - so of course, now it makes sense and then I didn't mind or at least understood the wait.

I was greeted by a very competent PA, Danielle Steinbacher. She asked me a few questions, checked me over, explained what she was doing and explained the prescription. She was pleasant and at the same time efficient.

You won't be sorry if you go here - and if you do, I hope you feel better soon!

I am completely satisfied with the service I have recwived at Patient First. I work full time, but I still receive medical assistance from the state of Pennsylvania and I am insured by Aetna Better Health. I was assigned to The Health Annex as my primary care provider, but the quality of care there is nil compared to the care I have received at Patient First. I will be transferring my insurance to a company thay will permit Patient First to be assigned as my new primary care provider. If I wasnt aware that Patient First was an urgent care facility I would never be able to tell it was because of the level and quality of care that is provided in an expedient efficient manner. The name of the company encompasses everything that is true about the services provided that truly does place the patient first and foremost. I couldnt ask for a better experience than Patient First provides to its clients/patients.

Quality of care was excellent and knowledgeable, and waiting time was reasonable. There was a minor mixup in a prescription. I was told that my prescription was sent electronically to my pharmacy, but it wasn't there when I went to pick it up. I was supposed to get a written prescription before I left but was not told that. It necessitated a trip back to the Patient First facility to pick up the written prescription and return to the pharmacy. Overall, a minor inconvenience. I would definitely use Patient First again if necessary. The reason for the visit was to treat an abscessed tooth on a holiday (New Year's Day). They were available on a holiday when my primary care doctor and dentist weren't.

Great environment, professional, friendly & caring staff. A wonderful alternative to the family doctor if you need to be seen by a medical professional.

Got here at 6: 45pm. Was triaged and xrayed quickly. I've not been sitting the room for an hour and 21 minutes and counting. Do better!

I was very impressed with the East Norriton Patient First! The amount of time I spent in the waiting room was a little too long. But once I got to the exam room, a nurse took my med list and I was taken to xray room and had 3 xrays. I think there was only 1 Dr.on, and he was quite busy, but I think he handled everyone in good time.

The facility was extra clean. The staff worked in a timely matter and with care and speed.
I'm sure if I went to the actual emergency room it would have been a 5 hour ordeal.
I would highly recommend Patient First to others.

Have been there twice with my children when we just couldn't get their primary care doctors.
Clean, professional, close to home. Will definitely utilize their services again.

The staff was caring and friendly. Little wait time. The nurses and Doctors were the best. They took X-rays and analyzed them and explained the results to us. A totally good experience. One stop shopping and they even can give us prescriptions there!
