Patient First - Allentown

I just went in with my husband and was told I needed to sit outside which is completely fine. I EVEN NODDED AND SAID OKAY. I EVEN SAID OUT LOUD, THAT I EXPECTED THAT. I needed to help him sign in. I had to give him my debit card, after he was signed in I was going to walk outside, but the woman was so rude she had an attitude when I told her he needed to go out for his license.as if I shouldn’t still be there I guess.then after we were done, (I wasn’t sure if they take payment right at the window and it was MY DEBIT CARD) I was about to walk outside and she repeated it to my husband as if I wasn’t even standing there and she couldn’t tell me? Yes Miss Attitude, I understand English once my husband sat down, I was going to leave. Plus I thought that he was coming back outside with me because we hit that we would wait in our vehicle. Like calm down, that was so unnecessary. So 1 star for being unprofessional and rude. (Our very first time here)
Saddest part about all of this, is that we drove all the way here because it had the best reviews and then I got exactly what I was trying to avoid. Ignorance and rudeness I’m assuming the reviews are about the nurses and doctors, but staff is very unprofessional.

The staff was very professional and caring. I didn’t have a long wait. I would highly recommend them.

This incident happened at the Patient First in Abington but it has been brought to my attention that this Dr works at this location as well! PLEASE READ Brought my 3 year old here today for a follow up appt as he has been sick for quite some time. Dr DAIVED ABBOUD was EXTREMELY rude, short, and unprofessional! He was mean and rough with my child, even went as far as mushing my son in his face when he squirmed during his ear exam. I would not trust this man to treat my cat! If you visit this location and this man comes in your room, LEAVE. He is completely unhinged and I will be taking this complaint as far as I can take it! I come to this location often (me and my child) and have never had an issue out of any of the staff here. They are super friendly and extremely patient with my child. This man does not belong here and I can’t imagine the things he’s done that have gone unreported.

This urgent care establishment does not take patient care seriously. The entire staff seems unhappy to be there and they barely examine you. The customer service is not the best. They are not very welcoming. I’ve come here about 3 or 4 times and every time it is the same experience. The only plus is they are open until 10pm vs my preferred urgent care places which all close at 8pm.

Sold a paid bill to collections. Refuses to do anything about it.

It was a 25$ bill. I have proof I paid it.

After much back-and-forth with the company they finally agreed to remove it from collections and take care of the situation.

This is the worst urget care i have being fisrt time Here and last Time here the lady on the front desk so rude very negative in all aspect my mother has a red spot on her brest very warm very concerning in a way my mother couple month ago ablut 3 month maybe she had a mammogram and everything was in good condition so nothing concerning so we can take that out of the way then we explain that tobthe front lady since they ask you question for register she say " just to let you know i dont think there would be doing nothing herer since we dont have the system they might going to suggest her to go to the emergency or primary doctor we told her that we tried that but there no open spot for the week wich is crazy she say we'll i dont see why she sound be here there is nothing really, I told her well thas why we are here maybe there is a simple answer for what she has a prescription something urgent care are for that matter for simple stuff emergency is more for bleeding for crazy stuff so we are here to being seeing by a doctor to find some answer she then again say well I don't see why she should be here there going to send her to emergency plus we are dealing more with covi patience here more for testing a matter of emergency i couldn't believe all what she was saying to the point that we told her to cancel we were not going to being seeing here since we don't feel comfortable clearly there nor here to p
rovide the help plus they judge by what you have before! This message of mines is not the best well explained bcz I speak more Spanish than English but honestly this is by far the worst one no just for me saying but 2 other Men's got out upset one of them was cursing and the other one told us that the best thing we did is to leave bcz there were giving a hard time to! I always go to the express care near New vision theater and we are here now by far is the best one!

I would like to say I am % satisfied with this place I highly recommend if anyone has a problem they need to come here. The staff is very friendly and they get you in and out in a very proper manner. I have no complaints. And I will be back for any future health problems.

The doctor was really good. Took time to test everything and eliminate all possibilities of what could be the infection. The only question: Why do you have less hand sanitizers and why use oral thermometers in the covid world? Are they being cleaned?

It was quick and easy. I went here to get Covid-19 tested which I thought would take a long time but, it was easier than expected.

Really helpful and professional. You can tell there is a positive culture here. I felt taken care of.

Excellent service, was having problems with some paperwork i had to fill from work, and even though they couldn't basically fill them since they were not my primary care they did all they could to help me on the mess. I am very thankful. Especially the nurse, i think her name was Denisse (?)

Not sure why it went from my go to place to my avoid place. Spent two hours waiting for the dr! Saw people who arrived hours after me first. New Drs I was told. Nurses were rude. I think HIPPA is only a suggestion while the nurse laughed at the people that came through. The curtains aren't sound proof.

From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor, everyone at Patient First Allentown was extremely kind and respectful. There was no wait time, and I’m very pleased with the care I received.

Always quick and very professional. I have not gone to an emergency room since your place has opened.

I think you’re experience here is based on what time of day you go. I went today at around 9 am and the office was empty. The receptionist was friendly, and greeted me with a smile. I didn’t even get the chance to sit before the intake nurse took me back to get my information and she too was very friendly. The nurse who did vitals was quick and did her job with a smile. I was seen by Dr. Kimberley Sheets and she was amazing. All in all I was in and out in about 40 minutes with my prescription. (Testing extended the time)
I must say when I was leaving the waiting room was filling up with more people coming in so their experience may differ.

In my opinion, the best "urgent" care facility in Lehigh Valley. Extremely quick, very friendly, and cover a wide variety of issues. I've been here a few times for child ear infection, x rays, bronchitis, flu diagnosis, etc. They even give the antibiotics right there. Second to none

Got taken right back to check vitals, then was put in a room where I proceeded to wait 2 hours for the doctor to come in. My tooth was broken in half swollen/throbbing in pain. They gave me a shot that did absolutely nothing. I am not a drug addict at all or even like taking pills, but when I need them I would like to have them so I can sleep at least. Do not recommend

I always go to Patient First for all urgent care needs because I have had only positive experiences on previous visits. The staff and doctors are compassionate and professional providing top quality care. I always recommend Patient First to my family, friends and Co-workers. Everyone has thanked me for the recommendation.

I was visiting family while in PA and had not felt well. My daughter suggested Patient First and when I went there I was impressed from the minute I walked in. Very clean and staff was very friendly. Thank you.

Never again. Dr Jacky handled me like a number and not a person. Plus she was discussing how disappointed she was with the hours of that place and how they were open late behind my curtain that I waited 55 minutes behind. I asked if a person I knew worked there and was told "I don't know anyone here, this isn't my normal office. " She came in with a notepad and asked me "what brings you in" as if They don't ask you when you are taking vitals and at the front desk. I waited 55 min, I was seen for a whole 3 minutes after being told "we get to everyone as fast as we can, " in a condescending tone after I made a joke about thinking they forgot about me. I loved this place until now. If you care for your care.don't do it.
