Don't go here unless you just need a script. These people are lazy and unprofessional and don't care about you the just want the quick 110 dollars for the doctors visit upsell for as many things as possible. They will not do any work so why are they there I don't understand. They diagnosed me without an x ray and I'm having a tooth issue.strange.it's the next day pain is worse I call them they tell me go to ER room I coulda did that from the begining

I was there today and they were fabulous. I was so sick with Bronchitis and the Flu. Took care of me right away. When ur This sick you want help and they were there to take 100% care of me.

First I want to say this review is solely on the doctor himself. The nurse that took my vitals was super nice and I liked her a lot. However once the doctor came in, he pretty much shrugged me off. I never felt so dismissed by a medical professional before. I will admit maybe I am being a hypochondriac regarding this issue I am having but I went there to put my fears and worries at ease. I'd rather get it looked at and learn it's nothing than ignore it, makes sense right? The guy looks at this for all of 5 seconds, and was like "It's probably an infection here are some antibiotics" like.that's it? Just a "probably this here take this medicine and if it doesn't go away see a insert other doctor here" Seriously.if you're going to have crappy bedside manner, at least be funny and witty like House. Very annoyed by that, hopefully these pills work and such but I won't be coming back here.

My second time there. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Excellent. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Great. Went here because the wait to get into our family doctor is usually ridiculous for a sick visit and I got seen right away. Told them what I thought it was, they confirmed, gave me a prescription and told me to feel better and I was out in just over an hour.

Satisfied with the treatment from office to doctor. Disappointed that I have to travel 25 miles for "urgent" care, but that's an insurance issue.

I had a bad cold this week and went in on Saturday night to be checked for strep. I had a great experience and was in and out in about 45 minutes. My nurse Kelsey was sweet, efficient, informative and professional. My doctor took the time to talk to me and discuss my diagnosis. Everyone on the Patient First team was lovely!

Would highly recommend this facility. Fast service from office to doctor and leaving with the script. All in a timely manner!

Case of bronchitis, went on a Sunday morning. This was my first time, they treated my daughter for a sprained ankle which ent well.

Very impressed with the staff and facilities. They took the time to ask questions, didn't feel rushed even though they were busy. Convenient as well, they have an on-site pharmacy to fill prescriptions. They also will forward information to your primary physician/group at no charge.

Recommend highly.

Hung up on me 08/29/17 after I called respectfully to discuss a Fmla matter horrible customer service from the receptionist I seen 08/25/2017 during the hours 11-12pm I have a primary physician but gave them the opportunity to gain a new client highly suggest alternative care if your able to do so.

They refused a major Healthcare provider (united Healthcare AND Oxford) insurance and refused to see me. I have bronchitis, drove 15 miles from walnutport and now I have to find another urgent care facility in the area.they really lack caring and compassion.

Doctor was VERY smug and rude as soon as she walked into the room. "What can I help you with? " she asked snarkily with her arms crossed and a disgusted look on her face. I will never go back to this establishment. The receptionist was rude as well. You're better off going to the emergency room as they are much more of a help. I wish I could give 0 stars. The only plus side to this place is its a very short wait.

The doctor, Haoli Jin, was rude, never listen to patient and not looking at carefully what is going on. She was keep talking and complaining my previous prescriptions from her colleagues in the same hospital for the same symptoms that I was suffering. I explained what happen and how I feel but she never listen to me but just keep talking. It was waste of my time and money this time. I would never go there whenever she is there.

Christopher Gilfert PA and his staff were great. I would highly recommend your facility to my friends and family. As I told Chris I am a veteran and I could get free treatment at the VA if I wanted. This is the second time I have used your facility and will use it any time I need care in the future. A big Navy thanks to you and your staff!

Fast service, but useless because not only did what prescribe not work, it make my eye problem worse! I followed dosage instructions carefully. The doctor's beside manner was also lacking. Very much a "close enough" kind of attitude which resulted in his ineffective prescription for a simple eye infection. Go elsewhere.

Staff is well educated and somewhat helpful, but my experience was fairly upsetting. I came here simply to check out if I had strep throat and after a strep test, which the nurse explained would take approximately 6 minutes, I ended up waiting an hour and a half for the doctor to see me. It was frustrating to wait an hour and 30 minutes just to get my results. They should either hire more staff or make it a priority to see more patients in a timely fashion.
