Patient First - Pottstown reviews
35I went to Patient first Pottstown always if I needed because their services to the patientsnare excellent. They are caring and respecrful. Keep up the good work Pottstown staff.
I dont understand why this place takes so long even though there were only 3 patients sitting with me. Very annoying. I wasted 3 hours.
This is a wonderful location. Friendly staff, clean, pleasant environment. I have never had a bad experience. Any concerns and questions are always answered, and I have never left feeling like I wasn't heard.
This location is not the closet but the care is great. Love this place; highly recommend.
I’ve had positive experiences here during a very negative time frame these past 14 months. Helpful, compassionate attitudes from all encountered at check in to check out.
Staff is TERRIBLE! I’ve been waiting to get seen for 45 min without ANYONE telling me that he’ll be with me shortly. The Staff attitude is non Friendly and Non Verbal towards the patient.
Just checked in the person assisting me must have had a bad day. Not once did she ask how I was doing. She was more like a robot. In concerned about the people she is dealing with. Currently I'm sittinf here listening to her speak to other with no emotion at all. I now know why they have a 3. I will not be going back.
If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I was sitting in a room for nearly an hour and not one person even came in. You can get in an emergency faster then this location, not to mention the professionalism of the staff is non existing. The women who checks you in is the only efficient person in this place.
Patient Last should be the name. Made me wait over an hour with my 5 year old having ear infection. Then they told me they wouldn't take his CHIP insurance. They wouldn't take cash either. Had to drive to the hospital instead.
This is the second time I had to wait for a long time to even speak with a provider.
Today's visit:
Arrived at 11: 25 am. Called back for vitals around 11: 45 am. Xray completed at 12 PM and put in a room shortly after.
Seen at 1pm
Staff was super nice and helpful but the wait time was ridiculous. (again this isn't my first time experiencing it at the same location)
I am very disappointed by the service I received here. They failed to diagnosis and treat a tick bite that my 5 year old son had. He had all the symptoms and presented with both a rash and fever, but because the center was minutes from closing we were promptly dismissed. I took my son to his pediatrician the next day and without question, they started the very necessary treatment he truly needed. He is doing much better now, but I wouldn’t have waste my time and money going here.
The worst experience ever. I came 2 days ago with pain but the doctor said “can be a virus” so she send me home with no medication and today the pain is worse I waited 2 hrs and 30 minutes in the waiting area they brought me back to still wait for another hour.
Been waiting for over an hour and no one came to see us yet.
We are here for a physical and had only one patient in waiting room and still did not get seen.
This place really need to get better at treating patient better. I work in a medical field and you always check on your patient if you are running late or can’t reach them on a timely matter. I would have them a zero if I could at this appointment.
Everybody is very nice and helpful. I had to take a strep throat test that only takes 10 minutes, but I waited awhile. That is my only complaint. Also, I don't have a prescription plan, so I saved 12.00 to
13.00 dollars by getting the prescription filled at Walmart.
1230 on a Wednesday. 1/2 dozen cars in lot when we got her. So far 1 1/2 hours. Staff friendly service stinks.
Had no problems with staff, I was attended very quickly. What I have a problem with and I should of known better.with insurance I was charged $313.00 for the doctor to look at my finger that was infected. All she did was look at it from where she was standing and told me it was infected. Really? I asked her if she thought there was another hang nail growing and she said no. Prescribed antibiotics. After taking my medication, still had pain, finally saw my family Dr.and he was surprised how she treated my finger. Of course he really looked at it and pulled the piece of nail growing and cleared the pus. In 2 days my finger is healed! Shame on me not going to my family Dr.and only paying $5.00 first! Big lesson learned!
I was seen quickly. Staff was friendly. They ran tests and were quick with results. Doctor was very thorough and went over everything with me before I left.
I visited Patient First today and I was feeling very anxious and shaky. Dr. McLaughlin and the staff of people who cared for me were validating, kind, and helpful. The lab techs even got me a blanket from the blanket warmer and helped me to the bathroom when I felt too dizzy to stand. I felt supported and safe. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people during what might have been the scariest physical health related moment of my life. Truly, my gratitude is endless. From the person who took my initial information to the person I saw for checking out (and everyone in between), I highly recommend this place. Thank you thank you thank you.
Nice people, no waiting on a Wed.morning. The PA Megan Milligan was sharp, listened to me and prescribed what I needed. Good experience!
Every time I'm here I have no problem, I get in pretty quickly and I get out pretty quickly and everyone is usually very nice.
I have been here 3 times and every single time I spend 2-4 hours just waiting around. The facility is dirty there was trash all over the room I was put in. While waiting for a doctor I heard nurses complaining about their patients and they were standing around doing nothing.
