I Covid tested this morning for travel requirement purposes. I was exceptionally pleased with my experience at this facility. Each staff member that I interacted with was kind, professional, efficient, and exceptionally vigilant about hygiene and safety protocols. The testing process was completely seamless and very well executed. I was in and out of the facility quickly per my scheduled appointment time.

Thank you to those who assisted me today. Stay safe everyone!

My experiences have always been good with the staff at Patient First. My father has needed care recently and everyone is so good to him. When our own family doctors refused to see him, Patient First has been there. Highly recommended!

Went in with a really bad sinus infection. I was in and out in 20 mins and they were busy when I got there.everything was smooth and efficient. Even left with my prescription.

Place is a joke took my 2 week old son there they refused to see him over a 100$ bill they wrote off 6 years ago to credit reporting agency. I wouldn't go here if your insurance doesn't fully cover visit mob like service.

The Staff from the front-end to the exit interview are fantastic. I'm so glad I went there instead of the hospital. Tell everyone Thanks.

The one doctor that waited on me was super sexy. And also funny. I will be going back for my next DOT physical.

This was my second visit to Patient First.
My first visit was back in 2012 and I was so impressed with the way I was
treated. I was just there yesterday and they impressed me again with their professional staff. Wonderful caring people!
It is a shame i don't get sick more often! LOL

I was very happy. Treated very well. Experts at every step. EXCELLENT doctor. Took time to treat me.
Corrected my condition with a minimum of medicine. But allowed for addition medicine to be obtained.
I like that I was not over prescribed medicine, that is so common.
AAA+ My highest rating. I tell all my friends and famaily to go there as I now will, convient hours also.
Thank you to every one there.

The reception staff was courteous and empathetic. My son got injured in an invitational race. While the wait was long, it was faster than the ER. Some of the reviews worried me, but Dr Flom was professional and I felt thorough. She didn't get offended when we asked to demonstrate our concerns, so she really interacted well with this hovering Mom and Dad. We'll see how things work post visit. This is our first interaction with this company.

Fast Friendly service. The waiting time in the patient room however isn't much distinguishable from others so expect to wait a bit.

My experience at Patient First was great. While I had to wait through a couple of appointments and phone calls to make sure they knew my condition was not improving and that they needed to check me again, all of the nurses and Dr. Dwyer were kind, courteous, and efficient. The facility is clean, spacious, and professional. I will making a beeline back here for any future needs.

Just walked out with tears on my eyes as I took my 5 year old to get checked up due to her swollen eyes as a result of her allergies. I had a relative drive us to Patient First in Wyomissing and he checked my daughter in with MY policy insurance card. The experience from the start was mediocre. There was no willingness to help and who ever was registering us in didn’t even look at us. (She didn’t even say her name) My relative appeared to have a bill due which was being disputed so we were informed that they cannot see my daughter until he pays his bill. I, of course immediately got upset as I felt that no one was taking a step back and focusing on the fact that MY daughter needed to be seen and I was the policy holder on the insurance card so why are we even having this conversation. I asked if I could give my information and register my daughter she said NO! She then asked for my drivers license which I don’t have so I gave my US Passport and she said that would not work. She then assumed I had no SSN and when I proactively gave it to her she spent 5 minutes looking for me in her system HENCE she never asked if I was ever seen in patient first before because had she asked she would’ve known I would not come up in the system. She told me due to their policies she cannot have MY daughter checked up. I asked to speak to someone else who was actually polite but of course backed up her statement.

They even said if you come back tomorrow and you register your daughter she will be able to get checked or you can drive 50 miles to another location to register her now.

I must say never in the past 5 years of relocating to PA have I received this treatment or dealt with this type of service. We are talking about a child’s well being jeopardized because people lack ethic, willingness to help, and common sense for that matter.

She was willing to have me drive elsewhere or comeback tomorrow because her “POLICY/PROCEDURE” would not allow her to register myself (the mother and policy holder) to have my daughter checked.

I am still loss for words and trying to comprehend what just happened! I cannot believe it!

They got me in very quickly and worked with me trying to figure out my issues. They were very nice and respectful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update: when you get the auto reply or whatever to launch your complaints after posting a review, don’t bother. Called the woman who replied to my review and left a message. That was two days ago and they have yet to call back. Just goes to show how much they care.

Went in due to excruciating joint pain/headaches/lower back ache and doc just basically told me to keep taking painkillers, and that it should go away in 2-3 weeks. TWO TO THREE WEEKS. ON TOP OF THE WEEK I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS ALREADY. Didn’t really listen to me as I was explaining what was wrong; got hung up on insisting that it wasn’t my Lymes acting up (because the major point of pain was where I once had Lymes). Once that was brought up it was like the headaches and backaches I complained about didn’t exist, and the fact that the pain renders me pretty much immobile just wasn’t a thing.

This is the second time I’ve been brushed off by a dr at this site and I am NOT HAPPY. Never going back again!

My daughter was there and was tested for Strep and was negative but went back after 6 days of worsening pain and sore throat. Was refused an antibiotic but given a narcotic for pain. She ended up in hospital a couple days later with a peritonsilar abscess and required IV antibiotics and had to be hospitalized for 2 days. Very disappointed

Went to the Wyomissing branch today for a bladder infection. After registering on the touch pad I had a seat. Within 15 minutes I was taken to an area, gave my insurance information. I knew a urine sample was inevitable as part of my diagnosis. When getting up to return to the waiting room, I asked the receptionist for directions to the rest room. Instead of just pointing, she personally took me back into the treatment area, got a sample container ready and said" Might as well kill 2 birds with one stone". I supplied the sample and returned to the waiting room.was treated fairly quickly. Dr MacLaughlin was a pleasure to deal with. I highly rate my experience here

I was taken care of to the fullest. Everyone was very professional but still kind. The doctor was great and answered all my questions. I also appreciated the phone call later to tell me I didn't have pneumonia and wanted to know how I was. Im much better and all thanks to the care I got for this terrible flu going around. Thanks to everyone there! At Patient First. God bless you.

Unprofessional patient management. Wrong vital check and register. Long waiting times with no explanation. All they care was the method of payment.
Find your self somebody who actually do they're job in a professional manner.
