Patient First - Lancaster reviews
23I when for a covid test and the staff were great and safe i would recommend them they were allso very profesional.
This was the worst experience ever for me. I only went here bc my original doctor was closed but The nurses were all very nice but the older lady doctor was not helpful at all and I felt like she completely disregarded my concerns and symptoms. I was feeling very light headed, my eyes were blood shot, chest pain, and hands would not stop shaking and she says “ oh it might just be a cold your developing you’re fine” and I’m like are you sure I’m fine and as I was about to get ready to go I started feeling super light headed and dizzy and I told her and asked if she was sure that I was fine and she’s said “yeah you’re fine”. I left extremely upset and consulted someone else who said it was an allergic reaction to the medication I was on. I knew I was not fine at all when I left here
I went in for a covid test. Everything was well organized and waiting time was short. I recommend.
Receptionist was very rude and impolite. The doctor was very dismissive and had no bed side manner.
Always pleased with the care that we receive from Patient First. They efficient, effective, and a pleasure to deal with.
I was really surprised with how pleasant and helpful the staff was. I had only been to one "outpatient" clinic before when I was injured, and it was a pretty horrible experience, so admittedly I came in expecting another bad experience. But this was wonderful - helpful and friendly staff from start to finish, a real pleasure to be seen here! I definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a Covid test (or any other service they offer).
Staff is courteous, professional and helpful while still being friendly and making patients feel at ease. Doctors always on call, as are Physician Assistants! Fantastic. Would recommend as primary care for anyone! The Medical Director is one of a kind and fabulous. Thank you Dr Struminger for so many years of great care!
Prompt and competent service with low wait times. I usually wait less to see a health care professional without an appointment at Patient First, than I do with a scheduled appointment at other health care providers.
I felt treated very well and cared for. I felt that my well being was really important to those there.
I'm very pleased with the treatment and results I received. I'm glad I made the choice to visit the location. All of the staff is truly appreciated many thanks.
Took all the time necessary to find the problem. Treated me as if I were special. This was my second visit and they are very professional. Hopefully I never need them but that is where I will go without question. Thank-You
Very customer-friendly and in fact I was greeted with a "Welcome" from the nurse as I was taken to my examination room. The process was quick and easy and they even had the ability to provide pharmaceuticals.
I haven't gotten my bills yet but so far I'm really impressed!
Very long wait time. Waited just about an hour in the room for the doctor to come in and it took 2 minutes to say whats wrong (sinus infection). Very pushy doctor, seemed like she didnt care at all and didnt want to be there. Same with the nurse that weighed me. She was going to take my height WITH MY HAT ON. She Took weight with boots and heavy coat on. When i suggested to take them off she said it doesn't matter. I will never be going back. The lady in the front was nice.
I was told exactly what was happening, when and why. Test results came back fast. I was in and out in 45min. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and seemed genuinely concerned for my needs.
Absolutely fantastic! Politely greeted by front desk Staff, short wait, and a professional and friendly environment. I was tended to by Dr. Nguyen. He listened, he actually cared, and my skin rash was correctly diagnosed. Received a follow up call and a Thank You card! I don't live in the area, but if I did, this would be my first choice!
Not a very good experience. Took my 22 month old son into urgent care for shortness of breath. Waited almost an hour to be seen. Was prescribed the wrong medicine, (thankful our Pharmacist saw the mistake and called Patient First to get it figured out). The Dr.on duty was not caring or considerate and had no bedside manners. Even our Pharmacist said never to go there again, she too had a terrible experience with her daughter. Find another place or go to the ER.
Only patient at check in. Checked in and taken back in 5 minutes. Been sitting in room waiting for doctor for an hour now.
I have been to this location multiple times for both myself and my children. Wait times are occasionally longer, but have generally been less than 15 minutes. Most doctors we've seen we're kind and had good bedside manner. The on site pharmacy has better pricing than some major chains. The hours certainly beat the pediatricians office.
Horrible, condescending, aloof.nurse practitioners are usually the best on 9/5/18
Not this time. I have been there many times in the last 7 years
I found it in both nurse and practitioner!
Will not return!
Have been here for 2 hours now and still not seen by a Dr. It is Patient First policy to NOT tell the patient how long of a wait is expected, according to the staff, so that patients don't go somewhere else.
