Patient First - Lancaster reviews
23I’m new to the area and have yet to find a PCP. I was hesitant to try another facility of this nature, but this ended up being the best patient first I’ve ever been to. Check in nurses were friendly and professional, the wait wasn’t long to see the doctor, and the doctor actually seemed pretty knowledgeable about my problem. He even helped me figure out what my insurance would most likely cover so I wasn’t nervous to pursue treatment blindly. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will be back.
Coming to patient first was a good experience. I did Not have to wait long to be called in. The receptionist was polite patient. The nurses were well knowledgeable and patient, considerable.and show concern and care for me. The Doctor explained in detail and understandable language (not medical terms) what was going on with me. Gave recommendations and show patient and took the necessary time with me without rushing. Thank you patient first team for your dedication and good care
Just not sure when I got the results printout and referral to go to the ER, the doctor’s name was a female doctor, and I was seen by a male doctor. Or he wasn’t a doctor? Weird. He introduced himself as one. Forgot his last name. But overall care was good and I did end up needing emergency surgery so keep up the good work.
