Excellent. Honored the senior citizen preference from 8 30. To 1030. In and out in 10.minutes.well done. I liked how one person went down the waiting line to make sure people seeking a service had all the paperwork that was needed. Smart. Some folks left and didn't waste other people's time.

Was there for an hour to renew my license. Didn't have to wait in line. I got there at 9: 50am, lady gave me a number, there were 9 people ahead of me. They called my number, filled out a paper, and then he gave me my camera card for a new picture, waited again for my number to be called. They took a new photo and I waited about 5 minutes for my new license. I left at 10: 50am. So if you get here early, you're out early. Very friendly staff and people are social distanced, and mandatory mask wear.

I went in for my REAL ID driver's license and had no problems. People were all professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Also there was very little wait time. Very satisfied.

I am a transplant from sunny southern CA —- A lot can be said for “Cali” good bad an d indifferent but you will never hear anything about CA DMV like I experienced AT PA DMV Not only the customer service but the people waiting in line with me to get in. I was in and done in 32 min. Because I am on a cane walking the person who was waiting to get in with me told me to stay seated in my car and when it was my turn he would come get me. The DMV greeter excorted me in, the lady processing my paperwork found me a chair (I was in a space where there shouldn’t be a chair and she put one there for me until I was done). AND THEN You get you pic taken and you have your real license in hand before you leave. DAMN YA’LL are very lucky because this does not happen everywhere. Thank you Dunmore DMV

They were actually going well. I was very surprised when I got there how quickly it went. People were very friendly also.

Social distancing and mask requirements strictly enforced, kind and courteous staff, line moves smoothly and effectively.

The people running the show here are incredibly rude. No doubt they have to put up with an enormous amount of work, especially during a pandemic, but they tended to take it out on the people visiting. We ended up waiting 4 hours outside the building in the burning sun. It's mismanaged, unpleasant and ridiculous.

Waited for almost half an hour for someone to answer, talked to her for about 2 minutes with her giving quite the attitude and then she hung up on me, hope calls are recorded!

Their system to get inside to be helped is flawed but they are nice and try to get you finished as quickly as possible.

No REAL ID's being offered right now, I only found out about this after I asked and I wasted my time coming down here. Otherwise nice people doing a professional job with circumstances beyond our control!

Wait in line outside for over 2 hours with everybody right on top of each other the line makes social distance harder than the building just being open

I came into the Dunmore Pa center today, with a variety of issues concerning a stroke i had in December 2017, as it related to my drivers license, and my ability to drive, or not to drive.
The process was very complicated and confusing for me, and then we met Laura. It wasn't even her day or time to he there, but she was, with a big ole smile and the patience of a saint. She handled everything for me.making sure my paperwork submitted was correct, and even taking the time not once, but 2 or 3 calls to Harrisburg to be sure i had everything i needed to complete the process. She was kind and concerned and extremly patient with me. I can not say enough about her. Not only is she a valuable asset to the DOT. She is an invaluable asset to humanity. I hope her superiors share this post with her. I believe it is true" that we reap what we sow and that we get back from the universe what we put into it".
No worries Laura. God's holding a special place for you. You are an exceptional human being and public servant.and i thank you

It opens at 8: 30a and I got here early at 8 o'clock I was already the 6th person in line. I had to renew my DL and in 15 minutes I got everything done and was good to go.

Terrible system cant get my daughter in for a second drivers exam. 6 weeks minimal wait or more, what a joke. I shouldnt have to go to another county for this same thing 6 weeks or more here also (seriously), why do we pay these people. I would give a zero if i could. Very disappointing really shouldnt be this way. Clerk was rude and arrongant also.

I was in this DMV on Wednesday 8/23. The place was packed very long wait, 2 hour wait. I had a lot of time to people watch. The staff worked very hard. I saw a worker help a blind man and show that he cared about his job. The long wait was no fault of the staff just so many people at once. Give those people a raise.thank you counter 3 great customer service!

WOW great staff. This county needs another center or open this center 5 days a week. Lackawanna county is way to large for only 3 days a week. I gave 5 stars to the staff. They worked very hard. Harrisburg needs to make this center bigger with more staff.

My boyfriend and I came in to have my boyfriend's license renewed. Little did we know, you have to sign up for a photo card weeks before or come in on a Wednesday or Friday to renew your license. The man giving us this information was incredibly condescending. We asked if there are other options, and he told us we should have thought about that before letting his license almost expire and that if he wants it, he can come back or pay a fee at a AAA. First of all, there was no reason to have such a rude attitude. We were very nice to the man, and he came back with a lot of sass because we weren't aware of the photo card procedure. He also made a comment about my boyfriend driving with an expired license and how he'll have to pay fees and will get pulled over, then insinuated that he WOULD drive with an EXPIRED license. In the end, we looked online and he was able to get a temporary license until he receives his photo card. There was no reason to treat us in this manner and he could have easily sent us on our way with the fact that he can obtain a temporary card. Secondly, I am very confused as to why you would not have employees with the ability to take a photo and renew a license every day of the working week. It seems like a ploy for voter suppression or a very poorly run business. This is why you do not hear good things about DMVs. I will be contacting my representatives and bringing up the issue of poor DMV values and guidelines.

Let’s see I applied for license renewal and I never received my camera card. I go to dmv for my license and was told to go get 5$ money order for a piece of paper that I never received in the mail. A joke itself

2 lines to take photos over an hour wait and the 2counters taking photos are taking people for other services while the other 8 counters are open half the waiting area was just waiting for photos they need a new system

One star because you can't give zeros. Then there three times and still have not gotten my license. Been missed treated by one of their clerks. If you're a masochist this is your place if not you will not have a good experience.
