Pennsylvania Department of Transportation - Drivers License Center, Dunmore

Absolutely shocked that the main service that a DMV offers isn't available on a Thursday. Make adjustments to your website so people don't waste their time thinking that this place is a well oiled machine.

Websites says they are open till 4: 30 on staurdays so we drive an hour out to get there at 12 and to find out they are closed for Columbus day. Nothing on there website says a thing about this. Who the hell gets out on Columbus day any ways, it Should not even be a real holiday

Best dmv I've been to. Took my drivers test there (twice) and everyone has been very friendly. Much better than my experiences with Hanover dmv

I wish I could say better things about this facility but sadly I have to say that I'm always disappointed with going here every four years because I feel as though the people are treated like they're being processed for prison when in fact we're law abiding citizens who are simply paying a fee to renew our license. The attitude is very poor and the experience is always negative

Terrible location and always very slow. It's the only state I've lived in where dmv takes this long for basic things. Decided to type this while waiting a half hour already for a simple address change for a commercial license.

I believe that PennDot, is over work and under paid, Each time I am there each Penn Dot worker are very professional and personal lives to help us to get the best service they can give us, having to deal with all types of attitudes.

Sat there for an hour and 30 min.for a license renewal. The gentleman taking the photo was very nice. I had to miss a 1/2 day of work because of the hours and the long wait. Time to hire more people.

4: 32s from pulling in to leaving. Walk in - greeted at the door. Employee operates kiosk - gives me a ticket. "take a seat they will call your number" - walkn to seat number called.few questions.smile.wait over there.here is ur driver ID.solid.they deserve a raise.

It is the BEST DMV ever. Wonderful staff working like a family and very helpful people. I went there just to ask, but they did not let me go until I got my driver's license.

Considering the volume of people moved along fairly well and they were very friendly and knowledgeable

I only gave it one star be cause of the lack of consideration towards us the people and only being open 3 days out of 7. Smh.
