Friendly service surprisingly, busy like a DMV usually is, however, if you arrive when they open, you can be in and out in 30 minutes

Much improved since there about 2 years ago. My son and I was needing real id's. I was amazed that we in and out of there within an hour less. Previously it was always a couple of hours or more.

I renewed my DL. I had my photo card already and it was a Tuesday around 10am. I dont think ibwas there for 5 minutes. It was very fast service

Do not bother wasting your time by going here. All I have heard was that people get failed unreasonably and I thought it had to be a lie and I felt very confident going in considering I have plenty experience driving with my mom and dad everywhere. I did everything correct and I thought it was going well until the end after I did the parallel park correctly and I went to pull out of the spot after passing the parallel park and she told me to stop the car and then said I didn’t “look in the way she wanted me to” and said she could not pass me all while smiling saying it. I have heard from plenty of people about her all saying she fails unfairly. You’re better off not wasting your time and go take it through the Rogers driving school. Her name was Jill.

Very informative, the workers there we're very professional, courteous and understanding. I was greeted and waited on in a timely manner. And this has been the best experience that I have ever had at a Pennsylvania photo center Thank You!

They did a good job of screening people at the door so only eople needing services that could be provided were admitted inside. Unfortunately I can't get help from them orctriole AAA to find out how to pay my turnpike toll from labor day week travels.

I was in a pinch to get my photo license which was expired. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Problem taken care of. Excellent customer service

Had a terrible experience here. Went in to renew my driver's license and apply for a real ID. After a 1 hour wait I was waited on by the rudest counter person. This woman was short rude and completely non helpful. I even mentioned it to the person taking pictures. I said she must be having a bad day. The reply was always has a bad day. I would really hope something is done about her attitude. If this was a store and given a choice I would never return.

Just moved here from out of state. Needed a new driver's license.
Pulled up and saw at least 10 people in line outside. Also a person controlling the line.
Well! The person outside was a retired cop. This guy was so helpful and had a great sense of humor. All of us were laughing most of the time we were in line. The line moved VERY QUICKLY.
The workers were on point.worked very quickly and I was out the door before I knew it.
Thank you employees at DMV Allison Park. Many said "Welcome to PA".

As I mentioned.don't let the line deter you. Sometimes looks are deceiving.
Give them a chance. They know what they are doing.

They go through basically one camera card per minute. I thought I'd be here for hours but it took me 20 minutes in and out with 16 people in front of me. Not bad at all.

Had camera card ready to go when I walked in today. Barely had time to pull my number from the kiosk when I was called up to get my picture taken. Fastest & easiest DMV experience in my life.

The hours posted for Thursday say open until 6pm, but you can’t get any service besides photo ID after 4: 15.

To be honest i dont have a good impression to the man and lady who sitting together in driver license place.they are so impatient and talked to me, my dad with no respect.hope that you guys can see this feedback and change

I wish I had the option to give this DMV 0 stars because they don't even deserve one. I went in to take my permit test and the guy was so rude to me and my mom. He got me so worked up that I failed my test. Thanks DMV guy.

Nothing to do with friendliness of staff but wait and hours. Was there just over three hours and their hours are terrible their one “late evening” is till 6

I wish i could press charges on the girl who failed me, she told me i did great but “everyone needs to fail the test the first time or they don’t get enough experience” that’s terrible giving that i didn’t do anything wrong during the test.awful people.

The worse center ever. Unhelpful, rude and have lack of class. They suck!
I saw 7 people fell the exam. While I was waiting for my license. Rude and didn’t explain anything to poor parents.

Greeted promptly, waited for approximately 2 minutes to be served, was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I'm as surprised as you are about the rating, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and my husband timed our visit and it took 9 minutes to get both of our licenses renewed on a Saturday morning (we had ordered the camera cards online, which I recommend).

They had a concierge person at the door to help you find the correct line. Great work, license center!

My wife and I both had our licenses renewed. We were in and out in 9 minutes and 48 seconds in the middle of the day on a Saturday! Yes, I'm surprised too. I set a stopwatch to track the pain and cannot believe how quickly it went.
