Bad experience. Few officers make their service bad in overall. It seems they did not want to take the case that has many documents. I just felt bad and went to another DMV to get my driver license in 20 miles further ways to this DMV. Do not waste your time with bad service here.

I have never been spoken to in such a demeaning manner as I was today at the DMV in Duncan Manor Shopping Center at around 10: 00am. Wait time was good but when they called my number and I proceeded to Window 6 the man sitting at the desk could not even acknowledge my presence. He asked me one question which I answered then proceeded to tell me about the identification needed by checking off the items on the sheet of paper he threw in front of me. I was no aware that I would need anything other than proof of residency but found out I needed my social security card and another form- birth certificate or passport. When I could only present my social, FL drivers license, he just sat back in his chair folded his arms and literally starred at me- no expression on his face- just a blank stare. I asked him again what I needed he response was CAN’T YOU READ LADY. Seriously - like I was a five year old child. Just totally ignorant and unprofessionalwas. I have to get this done within 30 days and will unfortunately have to go back next week. Not sure if DMV or Penndot even read the reviews but someone needs to at least teach some employees how to act. If you can’t treat people with respect and how you would like to. E treated then don’t have a job that involves customer service.

People that complain about the DMV are idiots. They are perfectly nice if you just go in and act like a normal person, instead of a jerk that hates the DMV and everyone having anything to do with it.

I renewed my license online two months ago and never received a camera card in the mail. I called before taking a half day off work and driving 30 minutes to the DMV and was told to just come in as I normally would and fill out a form since they never sent me a camera card. I arrive at 5 (closes at 6) and was informed that the people that can print out a camera card leave at 4. It's amazing how time consuming and archaic this process is, I guess the DMV thinks people have nothing better to do than spend several hours attempting to renew their license due to their multiple mistakes and overall ineptness.

Got my pa drivers license today and the guy giveing the test was very nice and patient the wait time was not bad at all but it was because of the mandatory appointment for the test

Needed a new driver's license. I came in with my camera card and had a wonderful experience. I generally hate going to the DMV and this was easily the best one I've ever been to. 10/10 would get new driver's licence again!

Needed to renew my drivers license so I filled out and paid for it online. Received my camera card in the mail about a week later. Took my signed camera card along with my old license into the DMV in Duncan Manor and expected to wait awhile based on previous experiences with various DMV's. I took my ticket and it said wait time was 9 minutes.well 11 minutes later I was done with my new license in hand! They were pretty busy at the time so I was very impressed with the efficient service!

In and out in under 15 minutes for license renewal to get the photo taken. These people are very organized. I don't know why the reviews are so bad, but I didn't have any complicated issues I needed to be resolved.

Went to get my driver's permit and never got the chance. They kept calling numbers that began with A and C but never B which was my number. When I asked when B's were going to get called a lady rudely told me "I will call your number when I was ready. " This was despite the fact that she was doing absolutely nothing except walking around and every once in a while would check a printer

This place is a complete disaster. Too few employees for the amount of people trying to get things done. Ineffecient, understaffed, disorganized. One man just left IRRATE and I wouldn't be surprised if he came back and did harm. Pretty scary.

Friday morning. Arrived 8: 50 for new photo. Walked out at 9: 12. My paperwork was in hand and ready as I arrived, seemed simple enough.:)

Long lines, but who are we kidding it is the DMV customer service was good and overall my experience was better than expected

Slowest service I've ever recieved, was told I would wait 35 minutes and ended up waiting an hour and 10 minutes

I came here three times this week and the wait time was over 190 minutes all three times. If this is a ppoular location, why can't there be more workers? It looked like it wasn't even fully staffed. I can't take a day off work just to get my drivers license updated. Ridiculous

Most of the times you may have to wait over 3 hours. I remember years ago, I used to get in and out fairly fast.

Extremely rude customer service reps- the guy basically threw papers at me and had a horrible attitude.crazy long wait times.

Went in for photo license renewal on a Wednesday afternoon. Checked in at 4: 07 PM and was walking out the door with my new license at 4: 10 PM!

The people who work at the DMV are just the bad guys from every Disney movie except they're a lot less exciting and probably watch a lot more Fox News

I mean is a DMV, but it's one of the best I've been to in the country. Staff is very friendly. Make sure you have EVERYTHING you need because everything is so standardized. If you're nice, they're nice back. It's clean. Pretty modern and not scary.

My husband and I needed to transfer our licenses after moving back to PA, and it only took about an hour total for both of us to get in and out. The employees were pleasant, as well.
