WORST DMV EVER. Workers are slower then slugs. 6 counters 5 of which were open right away and then after helping ONLY 1 PERSON the guy left. Then the woman next to him left after helping ONLY 2 PEOPLE. Then there was only 1 person left working the counter with a whole building full of people. Seriously THE WORST DMV I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. All the workers do is help one person then walk away to the back and stand there and talk.

The lady who was supposed to give me my test was nasty and rude. After I pulled off she then came to my car and tried to be nice, the two men there are usually very nice I don’t know where this lady came from, hopefully they get rid of her soon

Just a terrible quality of customer service. The people are rude. Yes, I understand it must be frustrating to grant every license but they should know they are getting paid to do that. Don’t show your frustration on the customers, you chose your profession.
So disappointed with these people at the Huntington DMV.

It’s very bad experience with this place, waiting time to change driving license from on state to Pa is more then 4-5 hours, now body mov fast only 2 people working in the busy day and waiting area it’s really full

Wish I could no stars. What a rude bunch of jerks at this place. Was there any reason to call my girlfriend blind after taking the eye exam? One of the worst experiences of my life, I'll drive the extra 30 mins to Dublin instead of dealing with this crew who just wants to make everyone else as miserable as they are.

If you get a guy named Johnathn for your driver's test, just abort. He will fail you. That and he is really rude.

The first time I was too nervous, I failed. The second time the thin examiner was very friendly. He was very kind and chatted with me and helped me forget the tension so that I could finish the parking and road test with ease. I am very happy and grateful. On March 14th, I got a driver's license, which is very worth celebrating. Thank you for the staff here. I have a very happy and relaxed driving.

Horrible. 8: 30am and a line of 100 people before the opening.

Third weekend trying to get my license renewed.

Why does PA make things so horrrible for the people who live here? - They make it so hard for you to renew your license so that they can prey on you later when they pull you over.

The wait is incredible long. Apparently a lot of staff called off work on a Saturday and can’t find more people to come in and take their place. Would not come here.

I took my test there and the reasons I failed we so absurd. Because the reasons he said were false he failed because I rolled through the stop sign which I didn’t I stop and allowed cars who had the right away to pass go and he failed me for stopping at a red light with a green arrow which I normally do so I can see if there’s on coming traffic and the instructor kept yelling at me for no reason and so I said sorry because that’s my reaction and he yelled and said stop saying sorry. Huntington valley suck. Dublin dmv is fair and the instructors are not rude.

The staff is polite but the waits incredibly long. When I get my photo-exempt license renewed here, it ends up taking hours. You are better off renewing at their office at Grant Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard (in the back of AAA's store). I still rated this HV location five stars because the area is so much nicer than Philly.

Absolutely not! I just moved out of state and the person I spoke to at the front said my lease was enough proof of residency (I just moved 4 days prior) I wait over an hour my number gets called and they turn me around saying I need a bill as well. Uhm everyone there needs to get on the same page cause I could have saved myself an hour in line. So inconsiderate. And not to mention everyone was so rude!

Awful place to take a drivers test they nitpick every small detail, yet they don’t pay attention to the driving. The instructors I had looked down at their sheets writing notes most of time while not looking at my driving and playing on their iPad. One of them wrote notes on the back of my registration who the hell does that? Do yourself a favor and take your test elsewhere.

I went to my test and got started fairly fast. I then got in the car with the “skinny guy who fails everyone”. As he is known in Abington his name is Johnathn if you get him your f**ked. He said my parrell parking was perfect then he said that me stopping for 3 secs then pulling up is not okay. He failed 2 other people while I was there while the bigger guy passed his students.

Horrible place to take your driving test! My boyfriend is an excellent driver got his liscense taken away for dumb reasons and had to get a new one here. They failed him for ridiculous made up reasons and scribbled nonsense that you can hardly read all over his permit we went to ogontz the next month he got it with no qualms this place sucks!

Everyone here is so friendly and kind every time I come. With no exaggeration, I look forward to coming. I drive the extra distance for the service here, and I’ve never waited longer than twenty minutes (today it took FIVE). Thanks for being such lovely people!

Got my new license in about ten minutes despite there being a lot of people there before me. Staff was courteous.

My appointment was for 1: 30 and i started 15 minutes later. Once the instructor was in the car We went through with the test. Parking, then a ride around the block. About 8 minutes, or shorter if you're a better parker than me, and the License is yours. Just go inside and wait for your ticket to be called for a photo.
