Proudly South Africa wishes for service like this. Most pleasant experience for the driver, the instructor? Well he had never heard of the K53 and was very afraid of me constantly checking my blindspots

Was happy to see the center would now be open Mondays, turns out it's only if you've already got a photo card. Can't do the paperwork to get a new ID, can't take a permit test nothing, litterly just open to take pictures if you've already got the card - center was completely empty for the first time ever and they're just getting paid to tell people come back another day.

Went in for a driver’s license renewal. Estimated wait was 3 hours. I stepped out for 10 minutes, I get back and I see my number up on the prompt, it was just called. I get up there, guy tells me I just missed it but don’t worry he’ll take care of me. He takes my paperwork, and unbeknownst to me resets my number and wait time. I wait another 3 hours before they take my picture and issue the license. SIX HOUR WAIT for a license renewal. INSANE.

Daughter went for drivers test man to give could barely walk very rude to my daughter took issue with a sun shade stuck between the passgener seat and the console said What is it a pet. She had to move it the sunshade was not near the seat belt in anyway. He did take them early I believe because he was failing everyone. I say this because he would only be in the car 3 minutes she seen do 2 other people tests they both failed also
VERY RUDE. Do not go to place it is BAD

The people that work here have two speeds: Slow and stop. Be prepared to wait for hours on a Saturday morning just to get your photo taken.

Disorganized, chaotic and slow. It doesn't get any worse than this people.
