I've been around shopping for a.what they call a "jump box" there out there but very expensive, but the Boy's had it at a very good price so I got it. $99.00 works like a charm.

The Worse Service Ever in Warminster n Willow Grove. The Reps Do Not Seem to Care on Helping the Customer.

I had a horrible experience here! They will NEVER get a dime from myself or any other family member. About 8 days ago I spent over $250 dollars getting my bulbs in the front of the car replaced. I noticed that one of the lights were out and that the headlight was not placed back in correctly. I called to schedule an appointment for this to be taken care of. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told that I did not have an appointment and that I could leave my car there all day or come back some other time. I then asked for a refund for the bulb and was told "it doesn't work like that. " I asked the guy who was going back and forth with me if I could speak to the manager. He said was the manager. I will be placing calls to complain because this kind of service is unacceptable. I have heard so many negative things about this Pepboys, but decided to give them a try anyway. To top it off, the "manager" whistled happily and said "have a nice day" as I angrily left the store. I'm so disgusted!

Ive never really had an issue here (knock on wood) i needed a new battery for my car, found one, it was a good cost and i installed it myself.took my old battery back for a $20 credit

yes, if you call them you will probably be on hold for a while and yes it does take them some time to complete simple work on your car.im currently getting my state inspection done, dropped my car off at 9 am this morning w/ an appointment and i genuinely dont expect to hear back form them until later this evening.i think you gotta be productive in your day even without your car, not wait there all morning/day expecting them to get things done fast.i think they are knowledgeable and dont BS you like i have noticed with other places.but time management and being courteous to customers by updating them on their vehicle would be lovely

Pep Boys did a great job on my oil change. The car was ready when they said it would, the staff the friendly. I was very satisfied.

Olga is very informative and willing to go that extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and Happy. Kudos to the PEP Boys Team. I've been a customer since 1986

The people were wonderful, work was done in the time advised and at a better price than originally quoted. I recommend this store.

Parts is parts.but the most of the folks working here actually know their stuff. I've been buying from them for years.

For the service department the overall customer service is at a all time low. It just seems they tell you things that you dont wana hear so they dont have to do the work. That comes from management and leadership. Really dissapointing.

I gave them a one because I couldn’t give them a zero. That will be the last time I take my car to that crummy shop

Made an appointment for state inspection on Tuesday for Thursday at 5 pm only for them to call me at 4 pm to tell me that they couldn't do it because their inspector was leaving at 5. Typical Pep Boys called Mavis in Abington at 4 15 said ill be over in 10 mins for state inspection and they said no problem. Safe to say I will never take my business to Pep Boys

Abit over. Priced, seems they're alittle more preoccupied with what things they can get out of you then what you ask for them to do. Felt ripped off on a few occasions

I took my car there for 4 tires and alignment they have a huge selection of tires and decent price.
The service was quick. All the service people especially Olga and Albin is great. The best pepboys and best people

This pep boys location is one of the best service centers that I've done Business with. The store manger Olga, mark & albin always take care of my Toyota Camry like it's their own. I've been to other shops like Mavis tires and mineke and I have to say pep boys in Willow Grove is my go to auto service center.

Terrible place. I was told that they needed to order a part for my car and would call me that day with a price and to set up a time to do the work. Never received a call back and when I called to find out what was going on the guy said he had no idea what I was talking about.

Came here for an inspection for my brand new car following getting out of work at 5pm. Waited 2.5 hours. Point being, don’t come here for service.

The staff is very rude and not willing to help.

I brougha battery a year ago on a commercial account the shop closed however I went in and Steve the commercial store manager was very rude and in the end Bob assisted me Bob's the best in at store

Needed emergency parts for the car, they had what I was looking for. Cannot comment on price comparison. Customer service easy to deal with, came across as knowledgeable.

Large store, helpful staff. They have large store with large selection of products. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful at the visit. Little hard to see when you're driving up until you get fairly lose to the turn in.
