Pets Plus - Quakertown

It's not very clear on how they get the rescue animals and cages were dirty when I went. Watched dogs eating things that should definitely not be ingested

Just adopted a dog from pets plus. The staff was amazing through the whole process! Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Professional, patient, understanding and knowledgable.

I bought a dumbo rat here. They told me the rats were handled regularly. Turns out that's not the case. I have been working with him for 6 months now and just got him to the point where he doesn't bite that much. I have had plenty of rats and none of them ever had a biting problem, nor did they have any kind of antisocial behavior like he does. Very disappointed in the fact that I was told one thing and found out it was not the truth when it came down to purchasing this animal.

I can’t give any less than five stores to Pets Plus because we rescued our sweet puppy from there.

Love this place I have bought my ferrets here and purchase all my needs and ferrets needs. Very helpful staff and can always find what I need.

The associate who helped seemed helpful and friendly. We put in an application and had no red flags so we thought we had a little while to adopt the puppy but the same associate adopted the puppy not even 20 minutes after we left to get the funds for the deposit. Protocol stated that the dog was in adoption until the application review was completed.

Mostly lab/pit mixes, but overall staff is very helpful and puppies are adorable and get adopted quickly. They didn't have the breed I wanted but if they did I would adopt from this store, hopefully get some full breeds in the future. Price is great too.
