Had good luck. Picked up. 3 yellow Ciclids. Very Healthy. My advice. Bring in your Own Large Fish net. Observe fish in Tank before buying. Quarantine fish about 2 weeks. Use Stress Coat and Aquarium Salt. Then Add new fish to your Tank.

Placed an order for same day delivery. They canceled the order and never notified me. I expect a full refund since my crefit card was charged, I was sent an email from door dash that order was picked up and on the way. I only discovered the order was canceled when I tried tracking the delivery.

Excellent service every time, year after year. The slide on tags don’t rattle and wake us up! The tags are very durable and always accurate. Highly recommend!

Disappointed i brought my puppy. She was matted on her belly from snow yesterday. Professional wanted to shave all over. I bathed with cream rinse.shes beautiful. Schnauzer with tight fine curls here and there. Detangler not offered to public any longer? I used to use horse and tail. Ill look for on Amazon to make next haircut experience easier for haircut appointment.

I bought my green cheek conure from here and he's amazing! The staff were very nice. They treat the birds good and always put treats and toys for the little ones to play with!

You pay a tiny bit more but has everything you could ever need for your pet. They do pet prescriptions too.

Good place for toys and food at decent prices. The grooming service is also good despite the dog that passed away, but that was an isolated time. Never used the vet but i'm sure its OK. There are cats for adoption for 50$ from shelters so that's a great way to help kittys find forever homes. Just got one the other day and she is the sweetest laid back cat. Would recommend getting a new cat here if you're interested.

This PetSmart does not pick up their phone! I am a family member of an employee and they hadn’t come home after their shift. I called the store, very worried, and the phone rang for a solid 10 minutes straight with nobody picking up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always clean and well organized. They also have great prices. Employees are always helpful here too.

Staff are clueless about birds. I asked for a female finch and was passed through about four different staff members, and then was ultimately given a male. I rarely bother looking for bird supplies here, there are more and better options at other stores. My overall experiences at this Petsmart otherwise have been okay, so I will give 3 stars instead of 2.

Who doesn't love Petsmart? ! Helpful staff, great sales and best of all helping animals find loving homes. 9x out of 10 if I need something for my dogs & rabbits I find it there. They could be a little better on there regular priced items but I tend to overlook it because the good outweighs it!

Quite convenient because it's a local place I found that has puppy pedal pads in the size I need. Great and helpful salespeople also.

They have adoptions inside for cats. Along with local pet shelters that bring animals in for meet and greet. For possible adoptions as well. Great variety of animal food, toys and fish for you tanks. Come check it out soon.

It's nice to have so many pet supplies in one place, and to familiarize myself on what is new and trendy, but the truth of the matter is that Petsmart is simply 3 times as expensive as Amazon and Chewy, so shopping there just isn't worth it anymore.

Work staff seems to enjoy their job as all as knowing about their pets or where to find the proper info

Never had my dog groomed here, but watching their groomers can be disturbing. They can be quite aggressive and the dogs I see leave often look visibly shaken.

Great help. The worker saw that we were buying for a puppy and suggested the book that has all kinda of coupons to save money. Well worth it!
