Each time we have been there it's been
Under stalked, messy, items not by sale tags.
Staff is not helpful, and only a few times was a cashier friendly.
If people worked together, cleaned up the store and tried to emil ie it may be a nice place to shop for your pet.
Rather go to Wal-Mart.

I go there for Banfield Veterinarian Clinic. There are other products in the store kind of expensive

Very clean, friendly staff. Wide selection of supplies for your pets, from reptiles, feathered friends, and furry critters, they have it all.

On your own in this place, good luck finding a staff member if you need one. Just ask other customers and they will help. Staff does a great job looking busy when they aint.
On the plus side, they have grooming services, great selection of pet food and healthy tropical fish.

The staff were rude and less than helpful. Also, they claim to donate when they don't.they take perfectly good bags of dog food, slice into them and dump in their bins in the back. So much waste when it could be donated to local animal shelters. I hate this store.

I buy dog food here. They always have it so thats cool. It's on sale sometimes which is cool also.

After going to two other pet stores I ended up here. What a mistake. (The 20yr old manager). Was: : : : : i don't even know what to say. ALL MY MY FISH GOT ICK, COST ME A TON.don't do it!

Very friendly staff. There is a large selection of anything your dog or cat may need. Almost too many choices when it comes to the food. Our Corgi enjoys going to the store for all the attention from staff and customers alike.

Everything for your pets in one place. Is a little more expensive than what yippy can get at you grocery store but you won't need to search 3 or 4 shops to find what you need.

I usually use they're vet service for my dogs. Discounted wellness plans keep you pets vaccinated and give you free visits and discounted services. Well worth it.

Called about a cat, they gave me the price and everything, got there and the cat was already sold. Staff also was not friendly at all.

Grooming is great. My beagle was stressed about being out of her comfort zone when we arrived but we saw a wagging tail when we left. The groomers are wonderful!

Have my three dogs insured by PetSmart. Their staff is friendly and the Doctors are helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Price can be an issue for healthy dogs but if your need vaccines, visits etc. I think it is reasonable.
