Al, the so called manager, is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This location just lost a few hundred dollars a month as we will NEVER shop this location again.

Petsmart should be careful and select managers who have some professionalism and ability to resolve issues.

It's a PetSmart, so I'd hope this review is never really needed. The stock was good, prices were normal, building was.structurally sound (?) The lights were on, so I could see.

There is a lot of parking, though you have to walk around the corner to get from your car.

If you need pet supplies.this is the place (!)

The dog groomers there are excellent. I have a shi tzu who does not like to be touched and the groomer there knows exactly how to handle her to get her fur completely cut.

I just walk in to the place right now that i come every week to buy for my dog and fishes now i just ask a worker about some fish and got real smart with me that i will never come back. Ill get better responce from workers els where.

Every time I have visited this store its clean, the employees are very nice and not over bearing at all. If they don't have the answer to your question they will help you figure out a solution. At least that has been the experience for me every time I have gone in for a toy that would stand up to my pitbull or a toy for my baby tegu.

Plymouth meeting grooming did horrible job on my labradoodle, they literally shaved her whole body including ears and left fluffy tail! Seriously? Horrible job petsmart. Horrible job!

Dropped off my dog at 3pm for the allotted appointment. 3: 35pm I received a voice message “unfortunately we're going to need to reschedule the appointment there is not enough time to do the amount of work that your dog needs today”
To give a background: I get my dog groomed every 3-4 months for years, especially in the summer time because long hair double coat. Normally other salons would take no more than 1 hour, sometimes 45minutes. Today is the first time someone told my dog needs 5+ hours of work for the basic bath and brush package and an additional charge of $45 (estimate), total to be around $100. For a basic bath and brush.

The staff is friendly. I get crickets for my lizards here. The more that you buy the cheaper the price.

Favorite petsmart to come to. Staff is incredibly friendly and really helpful. Staff will go above and beyond to answer questions or see if something is in stock. Wish they had a cat grooming service though so I could go here for everything

It's a Petsmart, they are awesome. I go here to bring my pets to Bansfield pet center. The pet plan is a great way to budget all the care your animals need. I bring both my kitties in for wellness checks and every 6 months and get thier teeth cleaned every other year.

I have a blue nose pitbull puppy about 8months old and brought him in for his nails to be trimmed/grinned down. I was kind of expecting them to be a little nervous of him because I get that a lot even though he is the seeetest dog u will ever meet! They made him feel comfortable they were general but firm he trusted her and I was so happy I think I was more nervous then them just because I didn’t want them judging him. I recommend this store and rate them 10 out of 10! Actually more then 10 more like 100! Thank you I’m extremely satisfied!

I really don't like this PetSmart. I just patron it more out of necessity than desire. The attendants are usually pretty rude and the general atmosphere feels like a cold-hard corporation rather than a place where people care about my animals.

Had a lovely experience at PetSmart. It's a perfect place to shop for your lil furry friends. From food, toys, accessories to groom kits they have variety of options to choose from. You can adopt a pet too.

Great Manager; Customer Service Saved A Customer!
Were were a Petco family until January 2018, when they closed up shop in KOP. Shopping here was pleasant since the switch, but when we had our 1st grooming appointment I was not fully satisfied & even more displeased with the response/attitude given by the staff member who answered my inquiry call.
Vowing to never return, I was just going to leave it at that.
But later that evening I received an email survey from the store regarding our 1st grooming experience. I never complete surveys, but am so glad I did this time. The very next morning I received a call from the store manager, who was kind, pleasant to speak to & genuinely concerned about my experience. She was determined to make things right, even if I chose not to return.
I know it's been a while since most of us can remember what receiving true customer service feels like, but THIS PLACE IS WHERE IT'S AT. They truly stick to their Absolute 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy - with results that went well above & beyond any retail experience I've ever encountered.
To anyone who has posted a bad review, I gotta say you really missed out on giving them a chance to turn your experience around, but Im so glad I didnt!
