PetSmart reviews
27 My kitty was diagnosed with urinary crystals. Her vet wanted me to use a new prescription wet food, but she kept vomiting it back up. The guy at PetSmart KoP recommended a wet food (non-prescription) that was less $$. My girl is feeling SOOO much better now!
ONE HAPPY BABY, thank u PetSmart guy!
Good selections, the only improvement would be carrying applaws brand, then we wouldn't have to go out of our way to petco to get it since petco closed in KoP.
Always clean, well stocked, could use more cashiers. Wait times in lines are a bit annoying at times, but not too bad.
This Petsmart isn't as big as some other locations but it does have a decent variety of products including prescription foods. This location has a grooming salon and a Banfield veterinary services. It also has an adoption center occupied but Forgotten Cats, located to your left after entering the store.
The staff are friendly and try to help you find whatever you may be long for. They will help you with whatever it is you need and attempt to answer any questions you may have regarding animals/pets. This location is quite nice and is worth looking into if you are in need of pet supplies or are looking fora new pet such as fist, birds, reptiles/lizards, hamsters/gerbils, and cats (through adoption)
One thing I have to mention due to an individual posting a review for this Petsmart out that all apron centers are filled and staffed but rescue organizations and volunteer staff members. These groups and volunteers have no connections to Petsmart. Petsmart only allows the space to be used and has no other connection.
For whatever reason some individuals can't comprehend this especially if an issue occurs. This is especially true for the one individual that decided to bad mouth Forgotten Cats. Regardless of anything else this particular women shouldn't be allowed to adopt anything given how she treated/acted. Just for clarification, cats naturally pick up their young by the scruff in order to carry them. As long as you support the cats weight underneath then you can scruff them as adults. It's a quick and painless way to secure the cat. Any vet can tell you this but apparently this person thinks she knows better. Additionally there were very good reasons that the cat wasn't returned to her, after she returned it back to Forgotten Cats. I just wanted to clarify this since adoption groups have nothing to do with the store itself and I felt it was unfair and a little crazy to mage such broad and completely false accusations on a review for a Petsmart location.
Please feel free to come check out both the store and the adoption center and make you're own decisions.
Great groomer named Danny. She's been doing my dog for 2 years. Wish they cared my dogs brand of food.
I've adopted two separate animals from this pet smart. Great employees, who can joke but take things seriously evenly, and a large variety of foods, animals, items, and other supplies.
