Friendly staff.a few said hello as I walked in the door.
Shelves well stocked. Prices were good for what I needed.
Social distancing was nice. They even have curb side pick up.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Phoned in for information and 1 hour later walked out with a pet cage for my German Shepherd. Got better info than from the Humane Society.

The employees have no idea what they are talking about and no knowledge on pet items. Waste of time.

Paige is the best! She is always so kind and patient with my 2 beagles. Especially Carmella who is always nervous for her bath.

I trust them with my dogs and cat. They are honest and upfront with everything and able to answer my questions quick and thorough

Asked for crickets, sales girl began getting my crickets for me until someone else walked up. She proceeded to give crickets to the lady instead of me. Was rude and ignorant when I said I was there first. Will not be getting crickets again from them.

We went to get a new harness for our puppy and one of the associates not only helped us find the size we needed she put it on him and adjusted it for us.

We brought Ellie, the boxer, to find a solution to her violent pulling on walks. Terrell (hope I got name correct). She took us to the isle and even fitted Ellie with a walking harness. Thank you.

Banfield Pet office located in side of PetSmart was very good the visit was fast and easy and they took care of my dog's issues

My cat goes to the vet at the Monaca Petsmart. Those girls are wonderful. Gentle, attentive, quick & thorough. I have a pet payment plan which is the smartest thing I did as a pet owner.

So far staff has been very nice and helpful. I can usually find what i need for my pets and it is a very pet friendly place

PetSmart Grooming Salon WE LOVE! RACHAEL W. IS A WONDERFUL GROOMER! ALL GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH RACHAEL W! We always schedule with Rachael! She is kind, patient, and u can see her at any given time.carrying your dog around like it is her baby.

Visiting from Fla. Needed some fresh food for my Beardie. The employees were very nice and helpful. Invited us to thier reptile event.

The prices can be ridiculously expensive. I go to Rural King now instead for dog supplies and purchase my cat food from Target. Do like their vet, Banfield, but that's the only reason I go now. I even get superworms, hornworms and crickets elsewhere - I've gotten dead ones here that I've had to return on multiple occasions.

Would have given a five, but the fish department is not good. Always dead fish in almost every tank. And the last time I was there there was an infection that was in all the tanks due to their type of filtration system.

Just your average corporate pet store. Grooming is hot and miss as far as quality but that is the same anywhere with different techs. Side note: stay away from the banfield pet doctor.far far away

The grooming salon is terrible. We took our dog their back in December for a nail trim and he was fine. We stayed that time to watch to make sure everything was ok. We decided today to take him back for a bath and nail trim. The groomer told us it would take 2-3 hours which we thought was a little long. We told the groomer Fallisha that our dog was a puppy with a lot of energy, he likes to pick and jump. She was fine with him while we were there. Over 2 hours later we decided to return thinking it was about time to be done. We walked into the store to hear our dog yelping in pain! We could hear the yelping from the front door of the store. The groomers told they had been FIGHTING OUR DOG FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TO TRIM HIS NAILS. I firmly believe that if we had not come in they would have continues to fight him. Eventually the groomer said to us that she wouldn't be able to do his nails. Which fine, just stop hurting my dog! His eyes were all red, his belly was bright pink and he could barely catch his breath. But still she kept messing with him. Taking the head lead on/off, spraying him with something and then blowing air in his face because his face was damp. JUST STOP! Other groomers were telling her to stop. The salon manager blamed our dog saying it was an off day for him. Fallisha was using aggressive motions and was not nice to him at all. When we got him home we look at his nails that she attempted to grind down and they were butchered. Some had black marks on them and other were sharp with jagged edges. Never go to this groomer! They are mean, aggressive and don't care about your dogs well being.

My cat has been groomed there since he was a baby. I would not take him anywhere else. Tera treats him like her own. I could not be happier

ITS EXPENSIVE AND WHEN MY DOG PEED ON THE FLOOR THE LADY WAS SNOOTY WITH ME AND OF COURSE I CLEANED IT UP. BUT THATS GONNA HAPPEN EXCEPT IT, MOVE ON.
