28Today I took my pup here for the 1st time. Tiffany did a great job and my Mokey looks great! She was so excited while she was there that she fell asleep right after she got home and got her treat.thanks Petsmart!
Love doing my online order + pickup in store at this location. Staff is amazingly helpful and the cashiers are awesome. If the lines are long management calls up more cashiers. Store is always well stocked and clean. I feel this location takes great care of the small animals and reptiles as well.
If you bring in a nice ripe banana for the Chimpanzee they keep in break room (his name is Jon-Jon) they give you 5% off on your purchase!:)
Horrible staff. Called about a cat and they lied and said she was available. When I arrived they were already giving her to a woman with multiple other cats.
Do Not use grooming service. My pug died in staff member arms because they are not educated about emergency. The vet attempted to revive Latte, but it was too late. Her tongue turned blue when the groomer handed her to my husband. Had used services before. Will never return and will continue to warn animal owners about store.
I bought hermit crabs today 6 of them and very active for the most part. Other than the selection which was small these hermit crabs are very cute. If you get 4 you 2 free. Can't wait to bring them home!
They don't always have what you need and some of the staff need to get on the same page. They are Condisending. And to bad if they don't have what you want. If you need a part for some filters yoy have to buy the whole unit. Smh get it together. Cause I'm going back to aquatic gardens. Should have never going there. Tried this because it was closer. Would have spent the same money if i took a taxi from Hopewell to Beaver Falls. Sad.
Only issue I have had is that some items are one price online and another in the store. I like to see an item in person before purchase and don't think I should have to pay a surcharge for that. They did adjust it, but if I never mentioned it I would have had to pay more.
