PetSmart, Bethlehem PA

PetSmart employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store has everything from pet food to treats, toys, pet beds, travel crates, & Travel harnesses. They also provide grooming services and I love that I can bring my dog there when I shop for her.

I used Chewy a lot but their delivery has become less reliable. I get the same products at petsmart for the same price and it's local.

Great place staff always know there stuff and recently This guy helped me find all my needs for my turtle and Even helped me look for my wallet that i lost lol so kudos to this location

Will never go back again. I have been taking my chihuahua to the same groomer for two years. My chihuahua always gets a bath and nail clipping. Made an appointment with my normal groomer but when arrived he was not there so I had to use another groomer which my pup was not happy about. They said they would be charging me an extra $15 for express because of heart mermor, even though the facility was empty, no dogs were there. I told them that I would not be bringing him back if they were going to charge $50. Got a call when done and the manager said that they did not want my chihuahua back because heart mermor and how stressed he was. Which was never a problem with my normal groomer. Also he had never charged me an extra $15 to take care of him. It only takes 20 minutes to bath and nail clip my chihuahua. Will be finding a new groomer. Very disappointed with PetsSmart.

I Have shopped at Pet Smart for many years & have always found what I'm looking for because of their tremendous selection of pet supplies & their very friendly & knowledgeable personnel.

Best of them all in overall stock and availability of products. They also have a great online selection.

The prices for my stock items were MUCH better here than my normal "box store" prices. Nice to have options to purchase online or pickup at the store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff was a bonus.

Pet Smart is very close to my house. Some products are pricey, but what I go there for, it is reasonable.

Nice pet store. We'll stocked and displayed. Staff was helpful. Prices are too high for royal canin canned food. Otherwise nothing else was needed.

Have a large variety of products including specialty food for a pet that has been ill and now requires a special diet. Bulk of the people here are friendly and helpful.

They carry all the brand names and great prices eso.in bulk with coupons. Pleasant staff, pet friendly and nothing is ever our of stock. No lines @ checkout either.

Staff is great, prices are a little high on some things.but overall good store, although as a rule I don't trust them for dog grooming. Training program for dogs is decent for the price. Learned a lot of helpful tips.

Bought some live food for my bearded dragon and get home and they're dead. Has happened 3 separate occasions already.

What a great job this Petsmart does with their little guys. They actually love being there with them, and they look and smell great when you see up close at the store. Groomers here are amazing! They do great nail trims, and they take their time with an animal, while getting them done quickly and beautifully. Great place.

I always go to pet smart because they have what i need and employees are helpful if i can't find it!

Love the pet salon. It is a nightmare trying to cut my dogs nails. However with the Dremel they use her nails are short, smooth I'm done perfectly every time. I'll keep coming back there as long as they keep delivering these great results.

A little smaller than the Petco I'm used to going to but they have some good deals and looks to be well maintained. Will be returning again.

Sometimes I order online and pick up in the store.sometimes I go to the store and get what we need without ordering online.either way, I have never had any problems.

Employees are all very nice. This is the only pet store in the Bethlehem area that sells Nulo cat/dog food that I know of so that’s why I always go here. Pretty clean, stocked well.

This store keeps adding and dropping items. I have to go to the Whitehall store to get what I'm looking for a lot of times.
