25Just came in to look for some dog treats walked the store I really couldn't find them I went to the back there was a gentleman at counter named bill I said excuse me can I asked you a question, he didn't even look at me I stood there for about another minute and decided I might as well leave. Interesting enough I had an experience previously with the same guy he sure isn't good with customer service.
We were looking for dog food for a dog with a sensitive stomach. There was a dog food specialist in the store who was especially helpful. Gave us lots of ideas and then gave us a ten dollar coupon. We could not have asked for better service.
Very helpful staff. We recently needed to purchase a crate for our dog, and they were very helpful in selecting the crate so the dog had lots of room when she needed to be in the crate.
Great selection of items for your pets, but some things are more expensive in store than going online through another retailer. Lots of parking, staff is nice.
I have found excellent service here in this store! The assistance with the with the customer service is very exactly what a customer needs!
