It was ok, the doc was able to explain some thing's, but not all. Also no matter how many times I tell him he keeps calling my cat a "HE" although I keep saying she's a girl, matter of fact their both sisters from the same mother, but that goes over his head. Also I had my dog put to sleep their and even after I spelled my dog's name for his paw print plate, they still insist and spelled it wrong, but I didn't notice till I got back.

Might edit this if I ever ACTUALLY get through to booking a service here. Impossible to get anyone on the phone! Staff will either pick up, then immediately hang up, you get a recording saying they are busy and to call later then the call hangs up, or if you are lucky they will answer, ask you to hold, and after holding for an eternity the call will hang up! Incredibly frustrating that you can’t even leave a voicemail! How is this a thing? Can’t even book services online and the webpage asks you to call.so far it has been incredibly frustrating and a huge turnoff that NO ONE PUCKS UP! No voicemail option either!

I wouldn't recommend this place because I took my cat there and she was very sick and i told the doctor that she has kidney disease and when the doctor checked her and said that she was fine. That doctor definitely didn't know what she was doing!

The veterinarians and staff are caring, kind, sweet and informative. Clients and patients, lol, are nice when you're waiting for your pet's appointment. Prices for exams, prescriptions, and treatment are reasonable at their practice. I'll recommend anyone who have a pet (s) go to PAH as a first option.

I've brought my dog and other cat here in the past and had great experiences. However, I just adopted a new kitten and brought him in as a walk-in when he was very lethargic and not eating. He ended up having a 105 degree fever. The vet and tech gave him an antibiotic shot and pushed fluids. And when I say pushed, I mean they put the port in him and the tech stood there squeezing the saline bag like she was trying to win a race. At no point was I told what was wrong with him but I was rushed out within five minutes and charged $120.

I had to return less than a week later because they did not look at his eyes while I was there and they are both red and inflamed. Since I had no idea what was wrong with him, I didn't know if it was related or something separate. I called and waited a day for a call back. I was told to come back in the next morning at 10 and they wouldn't charge me since I was just there. So I went in at 10 the next day and I waited 40 minutes to be seen. They were more thorough with him, but the vet tech was not wearing her mask properly. I politely asked her to put it on and added, "because I have an autoimmune disease" and she scoffed and said, "People are so shady about these masks. What do you people do during flu season? Do you walk around with a mask? " I said, "Do you mean people with autoimmune diseases? " She said "Yeah, it's not like people wear these every winter, is that what you're gonna do? " and the whole time she was playing with her mask, it wasn't sitting correctly on her face and her nose was out while she got closer and closer to me and continued to say people are "shady" about masks. (?) I was too concerned with my cat to care in the moment so I just let her explain the new meds to me. I was also then charged $90 even though I was told I would have a free visit. And the tech had her mask fully off as soon as she was behind the desk (no plexiglass shield/coworkers around her). At that point I didn't have the energy to argue it. I became increasingly angry about the mask-shaming BS as I drove home and am already researching other vets to go to in the future.

We took our puppy there and was told it may be cancer or gastritis. We got follow up ultrasound as recommended (a total of about $900) and after SEVEN calls the vet wont call us back and the office won’t let us speak to another vet in the practice. We were told our puppy may have cancer and after all these messages can’t get a call back. I’ve used them for years and was so happy but I have a sick puppy with symptoms getting worse And can’t even get a call back. So disappointed

They saved my kitty when other places told me to put her down because she had a highly contagious, potentially fatal disease. Well a year later and she is thriving, now I bring her babies here! I would have given 5 stars but they're a bit on the pricey side. That being said, I have a kitty there now that underwent a procedure and they did work with me to make it more affordable.

We’ve taken in 9 stray cats and have a cat at home with urinary issues, so we have been here a lot. The philadelphia animal hospital is always our #1 choice for veterinary care. The doctors, tech’s and reception team have only ever shown us compassion and kindness. They are always understanding to our situation and cater our veterinary care accordingly. I cant put a number to the amount of kind things they have done for us. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a pet.

There is no other place I would go to take any of my animals. I have complete confidence in what ever Dr. Rebecchi suggest for my animals. I have been going to Dr. Rebecchi first opened his practice at two earlier locations. I think we grew up together or it seems that way.he is pleasant to work with as so are his emoyees. Always a pleasant hello and caring attitude which means so much when your bringing your animal in for care.

Would not take my kitty cat anywhere else in the city. Even though it's a little further away near the airport, the facility is huge, lots of parking, with friendly staff and you won't pay center City prices for pet visits. Solid spot for our furry family members!
