32Everyone is great there. Best place to take your pets for best veterinarian care.plenty of parking.
Dr Kip Chapman & Wonderful Staff were Awwwesome with my 21yo cat & put my mind & heart at ease with their great care. I have had my cat for a full 21 yrs. & now I know he will live out the rest of his life being taken care of by them & myself & he will be ok til he goes to heaven. Thank U sooo much I can never thank everyone enough.
They helped out my kitten in an emergency. We were in and out in less than an hour with proper care and attention. I'm so grateful for their help and for discussing our options for care.
Did not find the staff helpful at all nor courteous. Staff is very quick to rush you out and I did not feel my questions were answered correctly. They do not explain what they need so you can collaborate effectively. Then they get angry at you and hang up the phone on you (specifically Ana at the desk, very emotional angry person). Basically wished I had never gone there in the first place and wonder why that vets like these are such a daunting experience.
I had an incredible experience with PAH! My ancient beagle needed major surgery which was very scary - Dr Rebecchi was wonderful; he was loving with my dog and handled my fears so well. The whole staff was caring and lovely. My dog came through and I am so grateful. This hospital’s first priority is the animals - you see it in all the smiles and all the concerns they have for your pets. I had been taking fosters here and now all my residents will always go here. And Dr Rebecchi is my hero!
The staff was great and the facility was extremely clean plus it smelled like a spa not an animal hospital! My cat needed his infected paw treated on a sunday afternoon. I waited maybe a half hour which the receptionist warned me of the wait. I have waited longer with appts at my Dr office so I am not complaining.lol. The prices were fair. The work they did could've really hurt my pocket but it was fair.most importantly my cat is completley better and has his paw!
We love Dr. Chapman and so does Gracie, our English bulldog. As she gets older, she's had to go to vet more frequently and they take great care of her. Highly recommend. They are also affiliated with the Penn vet hospital which is convenient for us if am emergency ever did occur.
Very qualified and caring Veterinarians and reasonable price. If you love your pet this is a no brained.
This place is awesome. The vets and staff are super helpful, it’s a great price point, they have after hours, i was able to make an appointment for the next day, and i was super satisfied with my pets care. I will def recommend this to other people because i love this place! The only bad thing is that you need a car, but otherwise awesome place to take care of your pets!
I been going here for years. Since my first dog and now with my other dog. Very nice staff. Doctors are great, I go to Doctor Lockhart she’s the best she explains everything to if you have any concerns and is very pleasant I been going to her since my dog was 3 months.
Friendly and clean place, but prices are ridiculous. I found out my dog had allergies when I visited here. I didn't expect to walk out with a bill for $248. That's ridiculous! I would never come to this spot again!
The wait to see a vet is usually under five minutes. They offer a wide range of services. My only problem is phone calls to the vet aren't returned in a timely fashion.
